Better than expected
I am in year two with these bulbs and I live in zone 7 and they more than doubled last season.I dug some of my bulbs up in late Fall and brought them into temperature controlled shelter, the rest I left in the ground. All of the bulbs that I left in the ground are alive and healthy this year. I lost about 10% of those that I brought inside due to rot. I expect to at least double my number of bulbs this year and I plan to leave all but a few outside in the ground. If a hard freeze were to kill all of those outside plants, I will still retain enough inside to start over.

disappointed.
I have grown taro before and never had a problem. I planted these, but none of them came up. I'm very disappointed.

My Adorable Taro Plants
They were packaged with care. The corms have been growing up vigorously. I placed them in a temporary shallow pot with good soil, water and good drainage upon arrival. I planted them in a half whiskey barrel during the last full moon. They are doing well. I have been protecting them from the horrible direct sunlight and the heat of Texas heatwave 2022. I have the feeling that the heat would scorch them to death. Better safe than sorry. I am thinking about re-ordering. Good vibes! ππ

Rotten Bulbs?
The bulbs arrived and two out of the five were rotten. I mean soft and mushy. Not good. I am going to plant the other three and hope they are unaffected by the rotten ones.

Each one had sprouted already
Mine arrived in great shape. All five had begun to sprout. I planted them the next day. They are up and growing well. I am very pleased with my purchase. I will buy from this grower again
