The Roborock Saros Z70 is by far the smartest and most convenient robot vacuum and mop I’ve used — it’s made my life so much easier. What sets it apart is the impressive AI technology with advanced sensors that allows it to navigate and clean with precision. It doesn’t just clean randomly; it actually understands my home layout and adjusts intelligently to different floor surfaces.One of my favorite features is how well it cleans corners. Most robot vacuums miss the edges and tight spots, but the Z70 has a sweeping brush design and intelligent pathing that gets into the corners and along the baseboards remarkably well. It leaves every area looking spotless, which is something I truly appreciate.Another feature that absolutely amazed me is the mechanical arm/handle that can pick up lightweight objects. Things like socks or small items that other vacuums would get stuck on are gently moved out of the way. This is such a thoughtful innovation that truly showcases the intelligence of this machine.In terms of convenience, the Z70 is loaded with smart, automated features that save time and effort, for example, the auto Dust Emptying, auto mop removal, auto detergent dispenser, and smart re-wash & re-mop. All these auto functions make cleaning easier for me.Altogether, these features make maintaining a clean home virtually effortless. I can leave the Z70 to clean while I focus on other things, knowing it’s doing a great job for me.

The Roborock Saros Z70 is a wonderful companion and a bit of a life saver. Maintaining a household with kids, pets, and husband who can’t seem to figure out where to put his shoes can be crazy, but this But the Roborock Saros Z70 saves the day. The robot with makes it floors pristine, moves my husbands shoes to their proper place with its arm, and handles my dogs hair like a pro. The arm is an incredible feature I have been using it to create zones for shows and also testing it out collecting dog toys, socks, and tissues. Roborock says they are going to be adding more things the robot can interact with using the arm and I am greatly looking forward to that.The robots cleaning ability is truly spectacular. It has edge sweeping and mopping that makes reaching places that normal robotic vacuums struggle to get to a breeze. The vacuum gets under the edges of cabinets and tight corner spaces. The device has truly minimized my need for manual mopping and cleans up muddy paw prints and my husband’s muddy foot prints with ease. The obstacle avoidance and detection are excellent its identifies moves, and avoids all the things it should.The Roborock Saros Z70’s ability to lift its self over thresholds, and furniture with U shaped legs is awesome. It navigates extremely well. The all in one dock that removes the mop pads when they are being cleaned saves time and the robot does a great job just plain cleaning as it should. All fully customizable through the app. You can specify no go zones pet areas. On the note of pets, the vacuum will take cute snapshots of you pet as it sees them through the day and you can use the camera to look for them or check on the home throughout the day.Overall, the Roborock Saros Z70 is a great device and I would buy another in a heartbeat. The robot saves me so much time and the arm really is very helpful. This is the best robot I have ever used and I have had other Roborock vacuums which were also good in all fairness. It truly is a one stop cleaning solution with the self emptying dock, arm for organizing, and the mopping. If you are considering this robot, get it you will love it!

The Z70 maps out my house perfectly, and it even avoids cables and pet bowls. The docking station is a nice touch too — it empties the dustbin, cleans the mop, and charges the vacuum, so I barely have to touch it.Only downside? It’s not cheap. But if you want the latest and smartest robot cleaner out there, this one’s hard to beat. Totally worth it for a busy household like mine.

While both models are excellent, the Z70’s robotic arm adds convenience by picking up small items like toy cars or plush toys. It doesn’t grab everything, but it definitely helps reduce how much I need to prep the floor.Because of that, I now use the Z70 upstairs where the kids’ rooms and playroom are, while the S8 MaxV handles the larger downstairs areas like the kitchen.The Z70’s design is also a nice surprise—it’s not fully white like the S8. The combination of white and darker accents gives it a more high-tech and modern look.The app is user-friendly—I can easily exclude areas I don’t want cleaned, and manually controlling the robot arm is smooth with minimal delay. The self-cleaning dock works well too—I rarely have to empty the dust bin, and the main brush doesn’t get tangled with hair.
