I bought this treadmill, as I have no where to put a full size treadmill, so that I could do some walking in the evenings while watching the telly to help increase my activity. The 9% incline is great as it means I can walk at the same pace, as when treadmill is flat, but using more energy. Moving from flat to incline is really easy as its just pull the pin, move the leg and replace pin, see photo on incline. I have used this a few evenings now and am finding it is helping with my fitness and because it is quiet I still get to watch my television programmes while I am using it. The wheels make it easy to move from my front room to the dinning room where it stands against the wall so does not take up much space. The remote control is magnetized so it can connect to the side of the treadmill so no chance of losing it and it is very easy to use. There was also a spare battery supplied with the remote. The screen is great a can look down and see the speed I am going and how far I have walked, see photo.Customer service communication is excellent and warranty was recorded within 24 hours. Customer service even contacted me before item arrived to inform me about themselves and the treadmill and how to contact them if ever it was needed.The item arrived a day earlier than expected so that was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this item if you need a treadmill for home.

The media could not be loaded. I've had the walking pad for almost a month now and I absolutely love it. I had a different walking pad previously from a different company and it broke quite quickly. I searched quite a bit and read a lot of reviews before settling on this one. The things that sold it for me were the incline, speed options and 2 year warranty.The product itself is straightforward to set up and easy to operate with the remote control. I really like that the remote is magnetic so it can stick to the side of the walking pad.Speed wise the walking pad has plenty of options and I find it smooth to walk on. It's made a big difference for me getting more movement while I work. It's pretty quiet too, and doesn't disturb anyone in the house - I use it in the spare room upstairs where I have my work desk set up and it can't really be heard elsewhere.I did have an initial issue when I set the pad up, as it has a natural incline and I found the end of the belt / pad was resting on the carpet when I was walking on it.The customer service was fantastic, they responded quickly to my query and provided a link to some mats that could be placed under the feet at the back. They also provided a small discount to cover the cost of the mats. I've used the pad daily since without any issue.It's clearly a sturdy and quality product and I'm really pleased with it and the customer service I received!

I purchased the Toputure Walking Pad in February 25. I had been researching walking pads for a while and decided to give this ago because of this had an option of the 9% incline and the fact that other customers were happy with their purchase.Positives:1) Delivered earlier than stated.2) Just plug in and start walking. NO assembly needed.3) The remote is super handy and the magnetic attachment makes it easy not to misplace it.4) Comes with a 1 year warranty but when you register this was upgrade to 2 years.5) Not too big and bulky. I would say the right size for me at 5ft 6.6) The incline is a game changer.7) The customer Service Team are fantastic.8) Not too loud.I cannot comment on the bluetooth option as I have not used it.I recently had a small issue with readjusting the belt to the center. I contacted the customer help team and they responded back the next day, they provided me with a video on how to adjust and retighten and advised that if I was not happy they would either refund or replace the unit. I managed to readjust the belt based on their guidance and am happy as this machine is easy to use and the incline option really makes a difference to walking. For 30 mins at 5.0 speed I can feel my glutes, thighs and calf muscle burn! Heart rate goes up but all without the impact of running/jogging.For days when the weather is not so good or you need a little bit of extra spice in your fitness then I recommend this. What has impressed me the most is the customer service. I was initially hesitant to purchase off amazon, thinking this is a company that will take your money and not respond to issues but I am very pleased and impressed by them.
