I piece of bottom drawer wrong size, CS didn’t respond.
UPDATE! Started with 3 stars but had go up to 5 after getting the replacement because it came together perfectly! The company reached out & apologized for the delay in responding. Now that it’s all put together, I love it:) I would purchase again, very happy with the quality.$80 is inexpensive, but this piece should be more like $50 even if it had come perfect. Mine came with a defective piece making it unable to be put together fully. There are 2 pieces that are supposed to be the same size that make the the shelves of the tall bottom drawer. These pieces also hold the poles of the drawer. However, one of those pieces is about 3/4” bigger than the other one, this shorter one is the correct size. The poles can’t stay in, and it’s lop sided. It makes the drawer unable to fit into it’s space. I contacted customer service 3 days ago, haven’t heard back. I can’t send it back because it’s already built & I’m not taking it apart… so I need to know if they can just send me the one defective piece, but they haven’t responded… it’s just annoying. Overpriced at $80 but would have been fine had it not been defective.

Works perfect for what I bought it for
Easy to build, don’t let other reviews fool you. I put ours together within 45min-1hr. Fits perfectly in my kids small bathroom space btw toilet and wall.. only thing I dislike is the bottom drawer isn’t wide enough to hold their toilet brush scrubber. Diameter is about the size of the Lysol wipes container you get from Costco / Sam’s.Parts labeled well and came with all parts, even had a decent flathead/phillips screwdriver 🪛 combo

Assembly Woes, Make sure you have duct tape
This was a very frustrating unit to assemble. It took us about an hour to put it together, plus fix a few “bolts” that kept popping off. The idea of a locking mechanism on the screw makes you think this thing will be solid once fully assembled. Nope. We followed the instructions and turned the locking thingy’s from an X shape to a cross shape. Some would turn slightly more. As we were moving the storage unit into place THREE “bolts” “locking thingy’s” fell to the floor. One was even covered with a white circle sticker to camouflage the silver head. I put them back in place and added a small square of duct tape to keep it in place. So, the difficult and frustrating assembly warrants a reduction of one star in my opinion.Let’s talk size. It is slender and fits in the space I needed. HOWEVER, it isn't going to hold a lot of items. You can place three to four toilet rolls in the top section of the bottom drawer.A paddle brush and some combs in the middle drawer, cosmetics and some lotions on the two shelves. Since you only have one middle shelf the space is taller than expected , so you can stand up your brushes. The two drawers do not open and close smoothly. You have two screw type items that keep you from pulling the middle drawer out completely. The drawer does sag once fully extended. Due to this design and the wonky rolling drawer I have decided to delete a second star.If you are quick to anger when things aren’t working and have HBP or heart problems, I would move on to another item. If you enjoy puzzles and problem solving this may be the unit for you.If I could give a half a star, this review would be 3.5 stars. They did give us a bag marked “extra” that included additional fittings if something was lost.

Some things good, mostly bad....
To start, I'm the go-to person in the family to assemble this type of (IKEA-like) product. I've done a lot of them over the years, some very complicated and/or large. I say this to establish that I'm far from inexperienced in this type of setup. This unit was well packed, all parts present, and the instructions were frankly better than those of IKEA and others. A good sign, but that's about where the positives end.If you've done this type of "furniture" before, you know that each attachment point has a 2-part, locking cam and post that pulls the parts together. This is supplemented by wooden dowels that go into holes next to the cams and supply rigidity. The two work together to make the build permanent. Here's the fatal issue--this is THE WORST HARDWARE AND BUILD I'VE EVER SEEN IN THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT! The holes into which the dowels go were drilled too deep, and are far wider than the dowels. This means that the dowel falls loosely into the hole, and 90% of it disappears leaving only 1/8 inch or so showing. These are supposed to be a tight fit, the dowel equally distributed between the two sections to be connected. The dowels here are so ill-fitting and effectively so short that they do nothing to add to the build. Forget about rigidity, now you are relying on the cam and post alone to hold everything together. That's the other problem. That hardware is very poorly made. Posts are a bit short, so they don't protrude quite far enough into the hole to catch the cam lock. The cam lock itself DOES NOT LOCK to the post, they appear to be sub-standard as well. Turn the lock too hard, and one can easily pull the post out of the chipboard of the pieces, not good. If one just snugs them up they immediately begin to work themselves loose because the dowels aren't holding every thing in alignment.Somebody in Shenzhen decided to use the hardware package that cost 39 cents, instead of one that cost 99 cents...but what a disaster. Moved the assembled unit out of the workshop, and it left a trail of popped cam locks across the floor until finally two major sections just separated. Mine was a bath cabinet, going to a relatives assisted-living facility. Decided to leave it in two pieces until I got there, then re-inserted all the cam locks that had come out (and a few more that popped in the car on the way). Told my relative not to move it more than a few inches, and to save anything she finds on the floor for me. We are relying as much on gravity as the hardware to keep it together. I suspect that I'll be bringing a large Phillips screwdriver to every visit, until I get sick enough of the thing to toss it in the building dumpster, and go to IKEA.Bottom line, this is about as cheap as this kind of furniture can be, and it shows. Too bad, it started well for a light-duty item, but if it won't stay together it's useless. Spend another $20 or so at Target (or $50 at IKEA) and save yourself some frustration.
