Good pain-relieving effect
It's very easy to use. You can feel cool when you apply it. It can have a pain-relieving and anesthetic effect in about half an hour. My family's knee hurts, and it's also very effective after applying it.

Best for when you are really hurting.
Roll on or lotion available. Only thing that worked when I need a painkiller the most. Maximum strength allowed without a prescription. No strong odor. Non greasy. Absorbs quickly into skin. Not inexpensive but fast performing. Since it is applied externally, less chance of interaction with oral pain killers.

Average pain relief
It provides a degree of pain relief, but I didn't notice any better results than most of the remedies I have tried before. Also, the smell is very strong and stays on the skin a long time. Some remedies work for some people and not for others. This is not for me.
