My girl Cleo investigated the cat cave right away, and it only took a day for it to become her new favorite spot to be cozy. She absolutely adores it, and I can tell it’s become another safe space. However, it’s not all about relaxation—she loves to jump into the cave if I toss in a toy or ball. She’ll also sit inside and watch the bird wand go by, waiting for the best time to strike. It’s adorable. It’s large enough (even though I got the medium) that I feel like I could fold up a little blanket in there to make it extra cozy come winter.Also, the free wool ball that was included was such a nice bonus and literally an immediate hit!! She started chasing it as soon as I took it out of the packaging. I’m sure I’ll be ordering more of those separately now.The cave itself is actually really beautiful in person, and I can tell it’s very high quality. Definitely worth the spend. My only issue is that I would say the green (listed as “emerald”) color is not accurate in the photo. It’s more of a pea green or forest green.

Came with all the corners bent in and squished into the shape of a small square, and then tied tight with twine inside a plastic bag. No care was given to maintain its round shape. Easy enough to pop back out but there are creases and dimples here and there. I know the weight and cost of shipping are a concern but foam or cardboard are lightweight and a medium sized box to ship in wouldn’t add on that much more. Way overpriced for a bent product. If it came undamaged maybe the price wouldn’t be an issue. Despite all that, my cat likes it. Went in right away. P.S. There is no cushion. I made my own. Made two—one to wash, one to use. Oh, size wise—my cat is 8 pounds and fits comfortably in the size large. The next size down would be too small.UPDATE: Wonderful communication with seller. They are taking my comments under consideration and also offered a refund for damages. Great customer service. Five stars.

Took her about 2 minutes for her to find it, and 1 minute to fall asleep in it. I'd say that's a win.My cat has anxiety or sonething and I struggle finding/creating beds she likes to sleep in, other than behind a large tub in a back closet. I wanted her to have a space that is in the common areas of the house, but that she feels safe to cat nap in and claim as her own. This seemed perfect, and I can now confirm it is.Happy cat, happy cat mom. Worth the cost really, because am anxious cat or a cat that doesn't have a safe space for themselves can cause a loootttttt of $$ worth of issues - poor health/health issues, shorter lifespan, peeing on carpet, fighting with you or other let's or kids, damaging furniture, you name it. In case you were hesitant, this is your reminder to invest in your cats mental well being.PSA - Psycho Kitty is a great show that helps you think how cats think, and how to provide what they need to keep them happy and healthy.

These have become my cat’s new favorite thing. He typically likes to snuggle into blankets and after putting a pet blanket into the bottom I hardly find him sleeping anywhere else.They do come flattened out. I have found stuffing them with towels and then running a handheld steamer over them reshapes them quickly and easily.I also appreciate the 3 I have purchased so far have had effectively zero smell. Normally I would expect to air something like this out. I had one shaped and a sleeping cat inside within an hour of receiving my last one.

These are fragrant and they are packaged oddly, but both my older cat who has never like beds and a new shelter cat have gotten into them and used them right away!

I think any normal cat would love this cushy bed! It is a generous size while still looking very cozy It is a very good price point compared to similar beds.Alas, our cats were afraid of it. We left it out for two weeks with hopes they would change their minds. They refused even to enter the room where it was. We proved that to ourselves by moving it to another room. Then they avoided that room.But then, our cats are weird!

This is so cute. I put it on my screened-in porch when the weather cools down and my cat loves lying in it. For added comfort, I put a small pillow in it.

Cat loved this immediately and it is now her favorite spot out of several cat beds.
