Absolutely love this, has helped my back pain so much. This massage machine helps you to relax stiff, sore, and tight muscles. It helps enhance the flow of blood to different areas but distributing pressure which has helped my range of movement massively in my bad shoulder. it has 6 different heads that you can choose from to help different muscles in your body. It's actually a very quite machine which is good as helps you to relax. It has a touch screen where you can turn the pressure up and down to however you like it and see how much battery you have left. The battery actually lasts quite a while to be honest. I think it took around 3 hrs to charge it when battery fully gone. Well worth the money. Highly recommended for people with pains in there muscles and joints

I have the Theragun also, it was VERY expensive almost $500 and this one I actually like better!! lol I am totally serious. The Theragun is too Strong and it only has 2 settings for the speed. I have actually had this over 1 year and it still works great!! Charges fine still with a C Charger!!
