Good product and works.
This product really does work and ive used this before on another vehicle, there is a difference with sticking lifters and a knackered camshaft, lifters will clatter for a while, usually on start up and persist for up to a mile, a work camshaft is a perminant clatter regardless of when started or miles travelled, this product does do it's job if you have some patience, you should notice the difference after approx 50 miles and total silence after 200, ive found it best to change the engine oil when the cars engine is clatter free as you know all the gunk that is blocking the small oil channels are clear, a good italian tune up can prevent the system clogging as stop start traffic does engines no favors at all.

Good product but must be careful how do you use !
Wynns are very good company and I use their products when I need to, this time however this treatment didn't helped and even made things worse. I use it in Mitsubishi Lancer that I had a little noise from the lifters on cold start for which I suspected a dirty lifters as the oil was a bit darker despite only driven 4000 miles. After I use the treatment and drove the car for around 500 miles I noticed that the oil has lost its viscosity, engine has become noisier and lifters tick has become louder. So just changed the oil with exactly same grade of 5w40 and all good now. Conclusion: lifter treatment might help to clean dirty and sticky lifters and dilute the oil to make it flow easier but be carful with the viscosity, don't leave in the engine till next oil change, and for treatment of less than a 4 litres of oil use only half of the bottle. It's like kind of a engine flush that you can drive with it for a few days than new oil need it for a best results and to be on the safe side.

Worked on my 2011 2.0 Tdi CR (VW) Seat Alhambra
I recently bought a used 2011 Seat Alhambra with the VW 2.0 CR 2.0 Tdi engine. Starting it on mornings I could hear the tappets tick for for about 20 seconds. The oil level was correct and I had it serviced. After looking at the reviews on here I gave it ago. It worked a treat there was no noise in the morning and I have also noticed the engine alot quieter. As the instructions say you must add when the engine is warm. This may be as the oil is raised and when you add the Wynns it will lubricate instantly. I drove it for about good 20 mins. It's been a week today and still sounds great. I will update if any changes.

Doesn't come in the pictured bottle
I bought here not elsewhere purely because I thought the bottle would be easier to use. But it's a lie, it came in the can. Didn't seem to make any difference to my lifter tick, but I didn't have high hopes anyway. Won't bother again

BMW 645i tapping gone!
My 645i recently started tapping loudly by the tappets. The noise would get quieter once the car was warm but still never go away.I made this video of the tapping noise (when cold):[...]Someone recommended that I try this stuff so I got it off Amazon Prime. When it arrived, I got my car to operating temperature, drained some of my oil and poured this straight in.I have driven it about 10 miles since and now the engine sounds like this (when cold):[...]The noise has gone completely! This product is amazing. I would recommend this to anyone who has noisy tappets.

worked for me, Merc A-Class 1.4 petrol.
I have a 2004 Mercedes A140, it's a 1.4 petrol, chain-driven engine so quite noisy vs a belt-driven engine anyway. Recently it developed a tapping noise on startup that remains until the engine heats up enough. After an oil change and filter change, the noise remained. On further inspection, there was a build up of white/brown gunk under the oil filler cap which is caused by water and oil mixing - the water comes from the engine running from cold but not heating up enough for the condensation to evaporate fully, my daily commute is 15miles (and more importantly I live in the far north of Scotland), not enough for the engine to fully get up to temperature and get rid of these water droplets so as it cools, this gunk forms around the engines nooks and crannies... such as the hydraulic lifters. Before the engine gets up to temperature and this gunk melts away, it prevents the lifters from fully opening and causes a 'tap' noise as they collide or stick. What this bottle of fluid does is thin out the oil and flush away this gunk where it has built up. I added a full bottle to my oil and ran the car as normal - noticed no difference until about 30miles in the noise is definitely quieter and disappears quicker than before. I'm now 100miles in and altho the noise still exists on startup, it goes away in seconds rather than minutes now. A 2nd bottle might be required but I'm satisfied that this DOES work and it has definitely helped my engine. I would recommend after you add a full bottle to then take the car for a prolonged "spirited" drive to ensure the fluid does its job around the entire engine.

Didn't work, made no difference

Cam rattle cure
Seems to have worked ok, I say this because I used a CAT cleaner at the same time which I believe cleans other parts of the system as well, it might be coinsidental but the engine did get a lot smoother after this treatment. When I put the Wynn oil into the engine (1.6 Citroen ) I used fresh engine oil as well, I think it did have some effect, but I also feel it needs some time to work
