In December, I believed I was developing plantar fasciitis from the pain in my feet. I had excruciating pain in my heels that made it hard to walk. I couldn't go a week without feeling intense foot pain. I switched shoes and insoles multiple times. These have FINALLY given me relief. The pain is much less frequent now. These make my feet feel better. I have zero arch and my feet are flat as they come. These provided exactly what I needed. I will be purchasing them again. I can wear other pairs of shoes again, now that I have something to relieve the pain!These are very soft, pliable, and flexible inserts. There is no arch support around the sole, which I am grateful for as it usually makes my feet hurt. You trim these to fit in your shoe. DO not just trace your foot, then cut exactly to that size... It will be too small. Your inserts will wiggle around your shoes and your toes will probably hang off the front. I am speaking from personal experience. These are effective and well worth the money. I love them. They've saved my feet.

I have flat feet and a job that requires a lot of moving around, as well as being a college student who walks to classes. The support I get from these shoe inserts is fantastic! They are very soft and comfortable and not too tall, so they slide into any shoe very nicely in my opinion. I have purchased several pairs of these, and will likely do so again!

I wore these about 7 hours and my feet did start to hurt at the end of the night but I am still happy with them lasting as long as they did. Highly recommend for a concert!

I bought these because I suffer from plantar fasciitis, and they really seem to be helping with the pain. They provide good support and make a noticeable difference. I might have to buy more pairs for my other shoes!

I’ll give credit where credit is due, they did hold off the pain and I didn’t notice it until later. That being said, there was still a noticeable amount of pain in my feet by the end of my shift. They helped a little bit but I do wish that they worked just a little bit better, especially for my heels, which is where I felt most of the pain.

I just started working at a hospital a few months ago and my shoes they provided hurt my feet so badly. I got these and they’re amazing. No more feet pain and it helps with my back too.

These helped me immensely with being on my feet all day at work. Lightweight cushions without crowding the shoes. Worth every penny!
