My plantar fasciitis is becoming bothersome so I bought this insole in the hopes it willHelp alleviate the pain. I had a hard time selcting an insole because of sizing so I opted for this ‘half shoe’ design to be safe. At first try, you may feel weirded out by it but you’ll very quickly get used to it and won’t even notice it’s there anymore. The slip resistance functionality is not bad either. It keeps to its place because it jas enough stickiness to it. What really surprises me when I first tried it on was that it somewhat has a ‘cooling gel’ effect to it. It feels nice when you’re first wearing the shoes for the day. I’d say that has helped with the pain relief and it gives enough heel support for me. I use it a lot in between different shoes and luckily, it fits well to all of them. A good investment for me.

I have finally found comfort in my shoes. This was like walking on a cloud.

There a good product but did not work for my swollen ankles.

These work very well as far as the cushion on my heel. The 3-star is for them slipping inside my shoe. They do not stay in an area on the shoe and can slip when putting them on. This also makes it easier for them to be transferred from shoe to shoe, which I love. I found that it added more pressure on the balls of my feet because it has me at a slip angle as if my heel is raised, leaning me forward.

On my feet for 9+ hours everyday in my work nonslip shoes, put these in to help with pain. Very cushioned and comfortable for the long shifts. They didn’t slide around in my shoe and they held up very well to be worn all day.

These are fantastic! They made such a difference for my plantar fasciitis pain and are easy to swap between shoes.

I actually bought these to give me a slight lift in my flats, as they were rubbing on my ankle and giving me discomfort. In that regard, it initially helped slightly, but went flat by lunchtime.However, the part that has forced me to give this such a low rating - there is absolutely no adhesive or way to secure this in the shoe, and since it is only for the heel, it's free to slide around throughout the shoe, and usually ends up wedged underneath my arch. I've spent the whole morning constantly digging around in my shoe to push it back to the heel. This renders the insert completely useless. I'm not sure what the game plan was, or how they intended for these to remain in place? I really wish I could get some feedback from the five star reviewers, maybe I'm doing something wrong?!

These saved my ankles after I wore cowboy boots with no support and strained my ankle. I had to wear only sneakers for a month and found these to put in my sneakers to give me cushion for the strained ankle. However, I liked the support so much I started using them in a lot of my shoes. I can even wear the original cowboy boots comfortably with these inserts. They are so easy to use and switch from different shoes, I highly recommend them.I keep a set in my walking shoes and have them on subscription to replace every 3 months. Sometimes they slip a bit, but then I know it is time to replace. They make all my shoes more comfortable and some unwearable ones wearable that I don’t mind buying more every few months.
