I would say the first thing to do is get a silicon insert for the food bin. And a baking container to cover the bottom of the food bin. I needed to do a lot of experimentation to use the supplied raised wire tray effectively. When cooking 2 different items, one on the bottom of the bin and the other on the tray, the top item will take the heat away from the bottom item. After a lot of use I now know the settings to use and when to switch the items around. The compactness and height were the reasons I bought the Gourmia. I would recommend this to any buyer.

I bought one of these from costco and i loved it so much i decided to buy one for my partnerI ordered it on the 3rd Oct for delivery on the 6th by yodel the item has never arrived and i managed to get a refundI have since managed to get another one from costco so happy i managed to get itBut word of warning this item is being sold from a market place on here and i think what has happed is when you place your order they go to costco to buy the product to sell onto you but because this product is so popular it sells out quick …. And i think this is why there was a no show!!!!Because of this i called Costco before traveling to see if they had stock they told me they had 8 in stock but by the time i got there they were sold out but was told it was back in stock on their online store thats where i got mines …..But as i said if you get one you wont be disappointed 6.7 l and saves on power instead of the oven but you will have to adjust temp and time because of its sixe to a main oven

Brought this air fryer back in November. The item had been dispatched on time and through no fault of the seller (Alfie), the courier manage to lose it in transit. Alfie responded within minutes of me contacting him and did his upmost to locate it. It was delivered eventually with Alfie keeping me updated all the time.We’ve had it for 9 months using it most day and it’s been perfect until a couple of days ago when it developed a fault (E1 something to do with a heat sensor I believe). I contacted Alfie to explain and without hesitation or question, he asked me to return it and said he would give me a full refund. The item has now been returned and as promised, I have had my refund. I’ve actually gone out and brought the same item again as I was so pleased with it.It’s not that often, you come across a seller that is so customer focused and goes above and beyond to help to resolve any issues with a purchase but in this instance, Alfie has.

Absolutely amazing, i was hapy i could find this here as costco run out and the price was reasonable. Easy to use, I use it, kids can even operate it daily has an internal rack included for double shelf space. Hopefully I wouldn't need to update this in a few weeks or months

On my first trial I cooked a full roast chicken with stuffing and roast potatoes. I did use a baking tray in the bottom, there was very little mess, economical on electric. The chicken was beautifully crisp on the outside and the meat was so well cooked and succulent on the inside and the flavour was second to none. I roasted the potatoes and cooked the stuffing together and again lovely and crispy and soft in the centre. All it took was a quick wipe down with a cloth and warm soapy water to clean it, so easy. The large basket holds plenty of food and my baking tins fit in it nicely so no extra expense to be able to try loads of various dishes. I was initially a little daunted when I looked at the instructions as I am know techy. But when I started to use it, the controls were very simple and self explanatory. I'm so pleased I chose this air fryer over some of the more expensive one's. It has more than impressed me and that's only after one use.
