I used the hole saws for making holes in wood. I have not tried cutting into metal, but I think these saws are more suited for wood drilling. I am very satisfied and pleased with my purchase.

Awful
Total rubbish. Tried using 25mm cutter. Both drill bit and cutter struggled to get through 1cm thickness of beechwood I'm using for a project producing more friction and smoke than anything else. Didn't even manage that before the thread between the spindle and cutting wheel wore out, rendering it completely dead. I've never used such a poor quality tool. Returned for refund. Good riddance to bad rubbish!

Does not cut galvanised water tank
I tried to pit a 30mm hole into an old galvanised water trough, to fit a rain diverted, but the cutter just went blunt.Got a full refund.
