I am a boxer, MMA fighter, and coach. I have to say I have several pairs of these head head and they’re the best bang for your buck around. They’re easy to put on, and are comfortable during long sessions. They provide great protection while not impeding my vision like other head gear. They also hold up a long time and can be fit to anybody’s head in the gym due to the adjustability.

I purchased this headgear for my 8 year old daughter. It's a bit lose but with the adjustable straps we were able to sench it down tighter for a more snug fit. Great quality!

Kinda fits strangely but does its job. If you have the money to buy better headgear, I’d recommend it but if you’re looking for something that is practical and cheap this is for you.
