I use this for my two security cameras on the front of my house. They are simple analog wired cameras connected to the two AV (AV1 and AV2) ports on the monitor. I switch between cameras with the push of a button on the remote.Great quality color image, works equally well at night when cameras switch to night vision. I kinda wish I would have gone to the next larger size but this gives me more room on my desk. I have 1 big complaint. That F$%#ING BEEP EVERY TIME YOU PUSH A BUTTON ! No easy way to suppress this feature. It was out of the box less than 10 minutes before I was taking the back off of mine and cut the trace to the beeper. (Looking at the BACK of monitor it is located at the top left side of the board). Now it works the way It should ! If I wanted to adjust any setting (like contrast) from 50 to 75, I have to press the button 25 times and that damn beeper wakes everyone in the house up ! Here is an idea .....Add a software switch in the menu of the next firmware release !!!!! Other than that it works perfect and I have already shown it to a couple friends.

My son got this as a "second monitor" for his gaming. He loves it and it's the perfect size for his small desktop. He can watch videos and play Minecraft at the same time on two different screens. I wish it had an auto off function as sometimes it sits on all night if he forgets to turn it off with his laptop.Would definitely recommend.

Good small TV and monitor. It works perfectly for several different uses.

Its a good monitor for quick checks of your security cameras but it does not produce colors quite right and adjusting it does little to fix it (light things are too light and dark things are too dark) (maybe I am being picky) you have to be straight on to see it get too far off to the sides and it looks mostly black. if you have IR cameras like I do with a good monitor you can see much more at night than you can on this screen due to the light/dark issue. Otherwise it seems to work fine. I will choose something else when this goes out.

Monitor works great for my surveillance DVR system, using the HDMI interface. I only turn it on when I'm actively using the system locally, so it is not on very often.

Great little monitor. We just had a security camera system installed and it didn't have a monitor to go with it. This was just was needed.

Decent little monitor. Nothing amazing. Good for very specific functions where color quality is unnecessary, but a small footprint and total space taken is a necessarily small quotient.

Nothing to like. Can't hear it, picture dark. Wasted money
