Dangerous & unstable
I thought this product was such a great idea. Our newly 3 year old was ready for the next step to transition to the big potty. After assembling, it felt wobbly & I was a little unsure about its safety. I figured it was probably made more “flexible” to accommodate many different styles of toilets. Ours is a standard round. The 1st time my daughter used it she was very timid and I helped her climb the little ladder and held onto her. She went potty and was super excited. When it came time to use it again, she wanted to do it herself. She held the handles like she was supposed to, and still somewhat timidly started to climb the ladder. However the left handle slid off the side of the toilet, causing the cheap plastic screw to pop out and she proceeded to fall, hitting her head on the wall and bouncing it off the toilet. Thankfully there was no broken skin or bones and after calming my sobbing child I packed up this cheap, unstable, dangerous piece of garbage up and am returning. I do not recommend using this. It’s unsafe and should be pulled from the shelves.

It will be loose if you don’t line the ridges up correctly.
I’m only giving 4 stars because the directions are a bit vague but they’re common sense... and I didn’t receive an ebook. But the potty comes just as pictured it will be loose if you don’t line the ridges up correctly. But I’m overall happy with the product. My two year old is two times his size so regular training potty is too small and this is just right.

It’s okay.
Functionable but did not come with directions to show you how to put it together so it was a huge guessing game for me. Not going to lie I have a few extra pieces and still not sure if it’s extras or if I assembled incorrectly. But so far so good.

Don’t buy! Piece of junk!
Absolutely awful piece of junk. It’s so flimsy it isn’t even useable. Don’t waste your money or time. Sending it back.
