I purchased this phone for my 92 yr old grandmother. The phone is pretty simple to use, but the only thing is I had to take the keypad unlock off because my grandmother couldn’t remember to unlock the keypad on the side before dialing. I only gave the phone four stars because the settings menu isn’t user friendly (basically not simplified enough for older users) and I couldn’t get the flashlight off without turning the phone off because I couldn’t find a flashlight option on the menu.

I bought this phone for my 90 year old mother and it has been much easier for her to use. She only makes and receives calls, but she finds this one easier to use because of the big keys and the way it is set up is easier for her to use her contacts. Also the battery stand makes it easier for her to just plug the phone in to charge and the battery image on the phone allows for her to keep track of how much battery she has left and then the charging image has been very useful as well.

Very poor sound absolutely garbled. And try getting service 3g. I waited too long to set it up and now I stuck with garbage because I waited too long. And Amazon give you a short time to return.

Perfect for my Grandpa. He needed a new phone and this was perfect.

The elderly might be able to see the large numbers, but there's nothing easy about using this phone. Navigating through the use and different options is virtually impossible, and totally impossible for older people who don't use the internet much.
