Worked better then I thought it would. The light goes up and doesn't bother me while sitting on the couch.

His lightbulbs work beautifully in a modern or contemporary home setting. Adding an extra bit of elegance to any light fixture. As well, these are very easy on one’s eyes when you look up at the fixture and see the chrome bottom it does not hurt like the Edison lightbulbs tentative to me. I have the lightbulbs installed in my light fixture over my dining room table and they are very elegant and polished looking. As well, I have a smaller version of these lightbulbs installed in my sputnik light fixture in my living room. Makes an inexpensive fixture look very high end.

These are kind of weird: They do keep you from getting some light in your eyes; unfortunately, the rest of the bulb is clear glass so you are probably going to get blinded by the filament no matter what. Casts strange shadows.

Nice bulbs, used in the kitchen fixture to reduce glare.

I bought a ton of these bulbs to have as extra for light fixture that takes 6 chrome bulbs at a time. When I replaced one tonight I realized that at the tip of the bulb is a visible stamp so I cannot use them in my decorative fixture where the chrome is visible. They need to make this clear in the pictures of the bulbs online.

Used where we had no light covers - my eyes are no longer burning and I don't see those phantom light spots. Room still lights up great.
