You may look like you’ve been dipped in lava but you are gonna GLOW !!
It’s great. Really something. DEFINITELY does NOT hurt like a thousand needles of hell slowly penetrating your epedermis. BUT HEY!!! It’s gonna make me glow, so the benefits out way the cost (that is if the major swelling and redness that makes me look like a distant relative of an heirloom tomato goes away!) also it promotes hair growth! YAY! I can’t wait to be able to enter the beard contest next year.

Don’t press too hard and take it slowly
I bought the dermaroller hoping to improve my skin. It was less painful than I thought (using the 0.5mm roller) but afterwards I had a really red face that lasted until the next morning. I believe I either overdid it or pressed too hard. Probably my fault. I plan to try again and use less pressure.

Great for a first time roller
Beauty is pain. We’ve all heard that. Sometimes derma rolling can be a little painful, not too bad, but be prepared for it. Luckily this wheel, with a few less needles and the shorter length is a perfect option for starting out.

Effective and lightweight
I like these. Unlike most people, I wasn't interested in this for my face but rather for scarred areas of my back. It is too early to tell if this will help with that, but I can tell you they seem to work well. I do them and then my acid peel. They aren't painful. I have super sensitive skin, so it was quite red the next day---you could see little lines and scratches. But that's what we are going for, right? That went away after two days. I will be continuing to use. I will update after months of use. Thus far, good!

So easy and quick to use!
I love these derma rollers. I am in my early 40's not wanting to pay money for a bunch of injections and expensive procedure to stay looking youthful, so I am trying at home remedies. I researched derma rolling after I heard it helps with fine lines and wrinkles by promoting new collagen growth in your face. This inexpensive little tool has been great! I have done it a few times now I do it at night and spend no more than two minutes rolling it all over my face in multiple directions for best results. After rolling I either use a serum I found here on amazon that has Hyaluronic acid and vitamin C in it to help with the moisture. I also use a moisturizing sheet mask because the moisture goes deeper from the derma rollers work to help with evening out lines and wrinkles. I will say that your face stings for a few hours afterwards, feels like an uncomfortable sunburn. But when I do it right before bed, I don't feel anything when I wake up. I think it is a great product.

Works!
I bought these after watching a youtube video on how to reduce and prevent wrinkles. I have been using the .5mm one on my face for a few months now, once a week. I switch up the face products that I put on after each use. It actually has worked well, I do see slight improvement so far with the nasolabial lines from my nose to the sides of my mouth. I was scared that it would hurt, it doesn't. I put isopropyl alcohol in a spray bottle and after every use, spray the blade head and let it dry in the open case before I put the cover back on to store it.

Received quickly & packaged efficiently.
The 0.5 mm derma roller wasn't as painful as I'd thought it would be. I bought this derma roller pack to use specifically on two small acne scars on my nose and two slightly deeper scars on the right side of my face. After derma rolling for about a month, I'm seeing some improvement of the acne scars on my nose, more so on the one that was indented versus the acne scar that is raised up. The indented acne scar seems more filled out, less noticeable & the hypertrophic scar seems a bit smaller.
