Wow!! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality based on the price!
This is by far the most amazing thing I have found to wear during my pregnancy. I wear it under all my skirts and dresses to prevent uncomfortable sweating or chafing. It is soft and light and the legs don’t ride up at ALL! And the belly area has an adjustment strap to accommodate your growing belly.Based on how cheap it was I assumed it was a long shot on if this would work or not but it 100% worked as expected.I am 5’9” and at 30 weeks pregnant and have gained WAY too much weight (at around 205 lbs) and the large fit comfortably with room to grow. I don’t know if I would wear these by themselves although I don’t think they are see through, but perfect as an undergarment!!!

Perfect for summer!
I am really loving the Liang Rou maternity leggings. I ordered these after trying out the full length ones.Pros:They are thin, soft and lightweight (which is what I needed coming into spring) and very reasonably priced. Also, the adjustable design means that these are very very flexible for me as my belly grows.I would call them opaque, but not quite fully enough to be appropriate for wearing as pants. I wear them under tunic tops that cover my butt at least.Cons:Mmmm.... They seem pretty solid but not sure they would hold up to long long use. Which is perfect for me, I just wanted something to get me through the last 2 months and not spend a ton.I'll be able to wear them as I size down after the pregnancy too, because of the clinching waist. That confused me (how to use it) for a minute. Here's how it works. On one side of the waist is a button and a metal ring attached to the elastic waist band. My first thought was that the metal ring hooked onto the button, but no. You pull on the ring and will see that the elastic has slits down the middle. Use those to hool onto the button at the desired tightness.

Would not recommend
The weird belt thing makes these unwearable. If they just had a normal elastic band, they'd be fine, but they have this belt that you're supposed to tighten and hook to a button to be adjustable sized. The belt keeps getting lost in the waist band and twisted so they're unwearable unless you have some kid of tool to reach in and pull it out every time you want to wear them. Also even before the belt got twisted it was just awkward to use and created a big lump around my tummy. Also they don't go high enough, the waistband hits midtummy on me. I'm 5'8", about 175lb at 6 months pregnant, usually about 155 lb pre-pregnancy and I bought the "US size medium/Asian size Large" according to the tag. The fit size-wise is good except for not going high enough to go over the tummy, and the material is soft. I regret buying them but it's too late to return them since I've washed and worn them.

Thin, See-thru & Cheap, but perfect for hot weather and lounging when hot flashes hit!
I am 22.5 weeks and just starting to show. I am in dire need of shorts because I live in a hot desert and will be pregnant through the summer. These shorts are extremely thin, which will be nice for the hot temps (100+), but they’re also somewhat see through. The fabric is similar to a ribbed wife beater tank. The pockets are at a very weird spot, almost mid thigh. The stretch in the tummy will be nice. The waistband can be adjusted to grow with my belly, although I think The fabric allotted for the belly won’t grow as well with my belly. It will be hitting mid belly and not cover the entire belly. The pants offer little to no support like more fitted leggings, which can be a blessing or a curse. I feel like I’m wearing next to nothing, which right now I’m liking because it’s over 90, but I also feel like my thighs doubled in size because the shorts do stretch a ton and don’t provide any support.

I've bought these now in two colors. Honestly, I was going to return the first pair! What made me keep the bottoms was realizing just how adjustable the waist is and that they are great for the purpose I purchased them for (to wear under dresses that are slightly too short or to wear lounging around the house when it's hot). The pockets and the elastic for cinching the waist make them look kind of goofy at the top, but that part is going to be covered if I'm wearing them in public. Fabric is very lightweight and would likely show underwear lines. I am usually about a size 10 in pants and I'm not yet showing all that much. The size would fit someone with larger thighs and a larger belly for sure. They would likely be too big for anyone much smaller than a size 10.

Good for what they are!
Pros: very light weight and comfortable. There are pockets! Adjustable waistband.Cons: definitely not supportive, just very light legging material. See thru enough not to be worn as shorts without a bum covering tunic or babydoll dress. Already have a tiny hole- which because of the type of fabric will probably turn into a run.Overall, I like them. I’ll buy another pair.

Doesn’t fit well
I really like the feel of the fabric but they do not stay up over the belly. Even with the band tightened. A pair of men’s briefs would probably fit better.

Comfortable
These are so comfortable!!! They seem like they might be a tiny sheer nothing to be concerned about though. I don’t feel like anyone can see my business. Really nice and it is great that they have pockets.

Should have trusted the reviews! So weird :(
Omg what are these? There’s a weird belt thing that doesn’t tie to anything and these don’t hold up! They have a giant belly pouch! I’m 8 months pregnant and a fairly large woman and these are enormous and weird haha. It’s almost funny. Returning them!

I am SOOOO HAPPY with these shorts!!!
I can tell who ever designed these shorts has been pregnant. They are AWESOME! They fit so well and look good and for Materaty shorts to actually look and feel good is almost impossible.

A Complete Disaster
I do not know what I received but it was not what they are advertising.I received what could be described as an overweight man's pair of black boxers.Too large in width and too small in length.Returned.
