The product arrived just on time. package well. quality better then Iexpect. its pretty light and it also come with all the install tools and screws.love it !

No clothespins?
Decent product. The description said it came with 20 stainless steel clothes pins.. It did not. That was one of the reasons I chose this product, so needless to say I was disappointed. It installed pretty easily and is holding a fair amount of clothes just fine. But fresh out of the package the rope looks frayed and the re-tractor mechanism feels like it might stop working at any time. We'll see.

Don't buy
Do not buy this product. The string broke after just a few uses with lightweight underclothes. I ordered a replacement and the string on that one broke as well.

Retractable Clothesline works very well.
I like the way it looks on the wall when not in use. The line retracts easily, and it holds a good number of items without sagging.

i install it on my laundry room.for some times just couple clothes.and is easy for install in the wall .if is wood wall.i think need to buy wood screw is better .
