Only good for very specific aquarium areas and jobs.
This scraper is the best I have owned so far for getting Into the right angle corners of my tank for that tiny patch of coralline algae that grows every few weeks that my flipper magnet can’t reach with its rounded corner blades. Basically it has been added to my arsenal of scrapers for that one specific job. As for general scraping it’s not great. Very juddery on the glass and a very specific fixed angle that won’t suit for all applications. So I now use the flipper magent for general pane cleaning, tetra GS 45 for rear pane cleaning and slightly trickier areas to reach as it has a head that can move into multiple angles and then this one for that particular right angle corner cleaning. I run a bare bottom reef tank so have to scrap the bottom glass now and again to keep it clean and reflecting like to the underside of my sps corals but this scraper with its fixed angle is unusable for that job entirely. So in general this scraper is ok but only for very specific jobs.

Good quality
Seems to be good quality stainless steel and I like the additional length to add for deeper tanks. I would like these to come with a safety cover and hence lower rating. I use a piece of hose that I split to cover the blade but you do have to be careful putting this on.

Good but juddering down the glass
Works to get rid of algae on the glass. But it seems that the way the angle is on the item means its doesn't glide smoothly down the glass it sort of judder as ypu do it.

Good quality item
Good sturdy glass cleaner for fish tank. Easily gets all the algae from my fish tank glass. Even the hard to reach areas. Plus it comes with extra blades.

Good for the price, I think
Comes with spare blades. Use these tools with caution. They will scratch the glass if you use them wrong. Have to avoid digging to hard into the glass to remove the toughest algae. Instead, use lighter but more often. Don't go to fast, take your time.Hasn't rusted yet (freshwater aquarium only), still on the same 1st blade after about 2 months of use. Just make sure you dry it with a paper towel after use.

Mush better than a scrubbing pad.
Makes easy work of cleaning a glass tank from algae. I have tried various scrubbing pads and they were all hard work. This is very easy takes a fraction of the time. Only thing to watch out for the blade is very sharp and for the safety of your fish you need to be very careful.
