love the accessories, especially the protective glasses
It was much smaller than I expected, quite compact so that's a good thing. What do you actually get?+IPL Hair Remover+Power Adapter+Protective Glasses+ShaverUsage is pretty simple. Thoroughly clean and shave the area you want to remove hair, put on the safety glasses, and then start zapping hair roots. Different areas of the body require different amounts of exposure time, Armpits require 4-5 minutes each and the back requires 35-40 minutes each side.

Keeps Skin Smoother Than a Baby's!
Ok so hair removal isn't the nicest subject in the world to talk about - but it needs to be done sometimes. I have PCOS and have started getting fuzzy face - it's not pleasant and is making me really self-conscious. I bought this a while back and it's a great alternative to bleaching, creaming (both of these give me a rash) shaving or plucking.Yes it does hurt, but since when was hair removal that pulls out hair ever NOT painful? I'm a grade A wimp, and have a low pain threshold, but seriously, this is OK. If you're really wimpy you can use ice on your skin before hand to slightly numb the area, but its fine. What I like about this is you're not going to get a shadow or nasty ingrown hairs. Best way to keep your skin smooth and hair free for at least 3-4 weeks without having to resort to waxing or anything. For the price, you can't go wrong. If you're living with PCOS, you'll know that the cost of managing hair growth is big. And after having had over 20 laser sessions on my face, this is a cheaper and better alternative.

Epilator- great item
I can't praise this enough. After years of using tweezers to remove hairs from my face, which took forever, the time has been reduced dramatically and with better results. At first the epilator looked flimsy but it is up to the job. It took a few days before I felt brave enough to try it out. I started on my chin and moved up to under my lip where it did sting a bit, but when I saw the results I did my upper lip. If you have used tweezers before you will be familiar with the sensation. Some places looked red afterwards so don't do it before a hot date!I recommend anyone who is plagued by facial hair to buy this now. I have used it for some weeks now and can't believe how much quicker it is çompared to plucking out each single hair. Wish I had bought one years ago.

A great little gadget!
A great little epilator for smaller areas (such as on the face) but wouldn't recommend it for anything bigger or you'll be there all day and the batteries would probably run out before you'd finished one leg! I've had one before and it lasted me about ten years, so they are well worth the price compared to the bigger ones that are for use on larger areas but, as I've already said, it's great for a few chin hairs and between the eyebrows but too small for anything else unless you've got a lot of time on your hands!

Perfect, barely any pain.
As someone who has been sick of shaving for a long time, tried and hated waxing, I decided to try out a cheap epilator to see if I get along with them. At first I was very frustrated to find my epilator didn't work but eventually realised that one of the batteries goes the other way to normal, with the flat side actually being on the metal, not on the spring. It's very lightweight and not too loud and surprisingly, not too painful. The first few plucks did make me jump and they really hurt but actually with the right motion and a bit of pain tolerance, it fades into an annoying prickle as you move it around. I've tried this on all parts of my body and although it doesn't seem to do great on my legs, the hair there is very short and thin so I wasn't that surprised. This is less painful than waxing by far which is definitely too intense for me, and the after-pain is barely existent, my skin just feels a little sensitive and is quite pink on the thicker haired areas. In conclusion this is a really handy little tool and with some practice I think i'll get used to it quite fast, I can't wait to finally stop shaving!

Compact Epilator...a miracle!
FANTASTIC......this is the best hair removing devise I have ever bought. If I had bought this years ago I would have saved many hundreds of pounds. No No is just one of the products I have used and trust me it is useless on anything other than baby fluff, & that isn't what middle-aged dark haired women have on their chins and only takes it to skin level..Ordinary tweezing is fine if you have great eye-sight and patience, laser treatment is so expensive, creams messy & smelly, bt.this devise gently tweezers hairs out and they stay out for weeks. 20 seconds a day and you can safely face the world. It's a great price, slim design so you can carry it with you if you want to. Works on all areas of the body....

One month in and it overheated and broke. Cheaply made & nonsensical instructions! :(
1 month in and it’s stopped working (used twice a week). Seemed to overheat and gave up the ghost - even hours later after cooling. Now going to seek refund even though it’s 2 days after return period! Didn’t get a chance to see if it was working really. Used at mid heat setting most times then used higher heat setting on last occasion for 15 mins and it couldn’t handle the pressure. Hmm, might just be a cheap piece of junk! Also - instructions made no sense at all!! (First warning!)

Absolutely wonderful
Possibly one of my greatest finds in years. I am prone to having dark thick hairs growing on my chin, neck and various other locations on my body!! I have tried all sorts but this epilator is my new best friend. It is small enough it can be used on the face and in small areas, the battery lasts for ages, it is portable so can easily be taken on holiday and takes up no room. It works brilliantly and I am very happy. My mum and some of my friends have already purchased one of these due to my high recommendation. Brilliant product and even better value for money.
