I have not really had the pack long enough to give it a rating on durability . I am really not a authority. I just fill it with a lot of stuff and threw it in the back of my truck

Shoulder strap needs pull tabs
Great backpack would have got 5 stars but the loosen straps for the shoulders come off very easy cause if the backpack to fall off your shoulder, thereโs no pull tab to keep it from detaching from shoulder strap.
