I wanted zipper on top (not flap in the way), handle grips without leather or sewing to come apart, adjustable strap, 5 inches in central compartment bottom to hold wide paper lunch sack etc. and still room for my 12.5" laptop, cotton that would not fray with time like nylon, side pockets to hold drink or umbrella, and lots of different size pockets and compartment to hold different odds and ends. This the bag perfect for me, maybe you, too. And now you can get it in couple days, instead of a month from China (worth the wait for me).

Overall I am very pleased with this bag, but...It is very difficult to insert a laptop computer in the bag because it always hangs up on the interior pockets in the main compartment. The inside pockets were poorly designed, making it difficult for a laptop to slide all the way down into the main compartment. I ended up taking a pair of scissors and cutting out the interior pocket, so now I can easily insert my laptop every time.

It is a soft canvas but clearly, by feel, thick and durable. The sizes given are spot on. If you want a bag for everyday carry or to hold the important things when you travel, and you know the size, this is THE bag.

Most of this bag is very sturdy and will most likely last a long time due to the thick canvas. However there are some areas, specifically the lining stitching, that is much lower quality. It ripped after a week of casual use.It does have a ton of pockets and I love this bag, still wishing I didn't have to bust out the sewing kit and stab my thumbs for the a few hours to keep on loving it.I use this as my flight bag and it's perfect for carrying my headset, kneeboard, logbook, mini ipad, checklist, a ton of pens, notecards, afrin, and other such aviation nonsense.

I have no complaints about the quality for the price. The design is a little odd in a few spots. For example' the interior pockets are laid out in a strange configuration, in my opinion. The number and selection of zippered interior pockets could be better also. Small items flop out of the inside pockets and fall to the bottom of the bag. Otherwise, all things considered, it's fine.

I was so excited to get this bag and at first glance it was exactly what I wanted...it’s not until I put stuff in it that it becomes disappointing. There are a lot of pockets which I needed but when you fill those pockets they sag into the middle of the bag and to try and find anything is just pure frustration! So I wouldn’t buy another one ever! I think it would have worked if the canvas was stiff and kept the shape of the bag. It would make it easier when the pockets were filled and wouldn’t sag into the center of the bag making it almost impossible to find things and take them out of the pockets.

This is a good bag but I needed something smaller I ended up sending it back.
