Great egg replacement, love making scrambled eggs again for breakfast

I tend to use in baking ( cakes and pancakes) but works excellently as an egg substitution.

Horrid! I have an egg allergy - I hope this is not what real egg tastes like!! I tried it as scrambled egg, horrible after taste, but I’m sure it’ll be much better in cakes etc
