A rat took up residence on the porch of my beach house during the storm and has been very persistent. I've only used the spray for a couple of days, and haven't seen another rat. Too soon to tell, but it smells nice and if it deters rats/mice, I'll be happy. So a five star (but only two days in).

I used the product at my ranch cabin, I sprayed all the areas that rats might get in and I just went to check after about two weeks and I saw no new dropping, so I thinks it is working. I sprayed again before I left and I plan to go back in two weeks to check.

We had a mouse infestation, used this spray for two weeks. Sprayed around door frames, window. pipes, under the sinks. Continued to have rodent problems. Bought traps after the third week and they seem to have reduced the population. Will not be wasting any more money on this product. It does have a pleasant fragrance, but we weren't looking for an air freshener!

After buying this three or four times, I have to report that it does not work. We have a mouse problem in our basement. I sprayed numerous times only to find mouse poop the very next day. I sprayed outside and inside, using the perimeter area for the spray. Too bad, because it’s relatively easy to use. Guess we get a cat or try poison....save your money.

So far, so good. I have not had any mice look for cold weather accomodations inside my house...yet. I am hoping that is stays this way. I sprinkled the granules around the outside of the house, refreshed the pouches from last year with peppermint oil and sprayed this inside the house. Fingers crossed! I have 5 dogs and a heart for all animals...even mice. I don't want to hurt them...but I also don't want to live with them. I am hoping that these products enable me to do that.

I sprayed this around my house and I was able to catch a mouse I have been trying to catch for a whole month. I really like the product, but I don't like the greasiness it leave behind.
