Fantastic Job Cake Collar Chocolate Cake Decorating Acetate Sheet 2 Set (8CMx10M and 10CMx10M)

Perfect for my cheesecakes. Will upload photos with cc. Sturdy enough. Cutest gold scissors.

I used this to wrap around cake and mousse towers. since it was curved in a roll, it worked perfectly. If i was trying to use it for something flat, it might have been harder to use. The scissors were a nice bonus since they are small and sharp. I will order this again when i run out.

Was nice that these came in 2 sizes. I thought it might be too short, but they worked out perfectly for my cake. With a little tape, I was able to use them to keep my ice cream cake in form and removed easily when we went to cut the cake.

Looking forward to using these. The gold scissors were a surprise, but I'm stumped, how on earth to I get them to open up?

FYI - not for use in the oven. This can be misleading. Great for cold food prep to keep item together until serving.
