Excellent cocoa powder
Very nice change from the grocery store junk.Tip I learned: Don't try to press the air out of the bag when closing it. You'll just get a face full of cocoa powder...

It has changed , and not for the better
When I last bought it, it had 36% of the fat of the cocoa beans left in, which gave it a marvelous, deep chocolately flavor in all cooking. Today, when I went to buy it again, it has only 20%, which is absolutely mundane. I'm searching for a different brand now.

Still has California Lead Warning
I bought this thinking I could get away from the California Proposition Lead Warning but it seems like all cocoa has that now so what can you do... however I am very happy with this cocoa, it's fresh and delicious, and I love that it's made in a soy and nut-free factory. It would be nice though if they put in the description that there is a lead warning on it.

Drink it daily (recipe)
Key component to my morning drink.Batch recipe:6 T. Cocoa Powder2 T. Turmeric2 T. Sacred 7 Mushroom Blend2 T. Marsala ChaiMix/steep one teaspoon in hot water. Add maple syrup and coconut milk to taste.
