The problem I had with this garment was the material was so itchy and scratchy. Couldn't keep it on for more then 5 minutes. Every time I moved my neck it was like sand paper on my skin. Also, it's hook and eye closer, not Velcro. I like that, but you can't make it larger or smaller. Also liked the way it fit. Gave it 2 stars because I could not wear it. I think most people would agree.

It's perfect for what I needed. But heads up- if you have an incision on your chin too, it may be uncomfortable, all I did was put a small piece of house betwymy chin and support. I liked this way better than what the surgeon gave me. I felt this had more support. It's kind of like trying on a girdle or spanx- it holds you in better. That's the only way I can explain it.

I purchased this for my husband. He uses a sleep machine at night, his mouth kept falling open and since I am a light sleeper, I heard it all night long. I have been looking for something to help keep his mouth shut so I could actually get some sleeping came across this mask. It works! His episodes per night also went down. For us it is perfect, he says it is comfortable,made well and serves it's purpose.

Just received it and it doesn't fit properly . If your looking for tight compression after surgery ...THIS ISNT IT! Don't buy !!!!!

Quality garment. Instead of velcro, this closes with hooks and eyes. This is so much nicer than the garment my doctor gave me after my procedure.

Too small in the neck...got rub marks from it. Not as pictured with it coming down on the neck, too. Not tight enough on the head, does not come over the chin.

It stretches out too soon, and does not fit properly on the top of the head.
