Very disappointed to find these do not lock in the open or closed position. Very dangerous if you're trying to cut anything of substance. I've found they're only good for cutting the tape on boxes and even then slide down so easily I had to push the blade back up/out to make the three cuts necessary to open an Amazon box.These are not the box blades you're looking for if you need to cut down boxes or open something more substantial than packing tape.The shipping was good as was the packing.

Probably should have expected this but with cheap cutters comes cheap performance. I'm sure these are great for general cutting, as referenced in prior comments, but they are completely inadequate for automotive detail work or anything that requires finesse. The tolerance is too loose and the blade doesn't hold steady for delicate cuts. That said, if you have a good cutter to use with these blades, the price is still decent for them alone.

The whole reason to buy snap off blades is so you can snap off the blade tip and get a fresh edge! These knifes have no way to snap off the old blade! terrible design not worth the money!

The first time I bought these they were great and the blades came out to a point, I was so happy with them I reordered BUT when they came again the blades were different, more of a flat end, they work but not to good as the pointed end ones in my line of work. I like how you can lock the blade out. And has a nice pocket clip.

Inexpensive but good value. Great for trimming/cutting wallpaper during an install and the low price makes it easy to snap off a section after every cut, something important with vinyl wall coverings. I used a small pair of pliers to snap off the blade sections since the built in snapper is a little small and would wind up hurting my fingers if used repeatedly

I use these little blades for everything and anything and they work! When they wear out, I just get a new one. Thank you.

Unlike the round xactos these won't twist in your hand while cutting so they have a lot more control. With thee spare blades I have what I need for many years to come. Overall an excellent buy compared to buying xacto individual replacement blades.

This is the second order I put in for these they are great. Should last you long time if you don't lose them like I do. I like how they're all metal more durable than the plastic ones.
