Very impressed and I’m so glad I found this straightner! Received package quickly, it comes with detailed instructions and styling tips inside. The travel case was a nice bonus and will come in handy for travel. Picked these hair straighteners because of the good price and adjustable high heat setting that lets me to lock the heat. My hair is very thick, frizzy and hard to manage but on the first try it straightened flawlessly feeling soft and shiny without being frazzled. Love that it doesn’t leave my hair coarse and flat but I still have a slight bounce to it and it looks healthy. The temperature is easy to set and forget - I adjust it to 230 °C and don’t touch the screen for a few seconds and it automatically locks. Glides nicely and doesn’t snag my hair. looks and feels as professional as my old Babyliss I used for years. I bought them as a quick replacement and what a pleasant surprise.I am hooked and will not be going back to my old straighteners!Amazing value for money & work so well on curly hair! 👌💖

No happy at all, took off the plastic sleeve and the control panel fell out exposing the springs.I didn’t take a photo and wish I had now.

Researched for the best type of straighteners for my fine hair. I learned about infrared and decided to try fem Jolie as they matched what I was looking for and they perform as promised and are easy to use. The price was excellent too. Excellent fast delivery and even had an e.mail asking checking if everything was ok. Could not ask for more.

I bought these straighteners as they seemed relatively budget priced, so I guess you get what you pay for!When I opened the box the plastic covering over the touch control had fallen off. I pressed it back on and although it stayed put, it is not totally secure and pops off every now and again so had to put a bit of duct tape on it!The touch control is the biggest problem as it sits where your thumb is so you accidentally shut it off each time it's used!

So happy I bought these straighteners. Great value for the money and fantastic results. My hair is really thick and has been hard to control in the past with other straighteners . But alas no more unruly hair. I highly reccomend *****

These do what they say and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to two minor issues: when using the straighteners the lock can accidentally slide to the locked position, which is annoying and also the sensitive touch temperature control is a little tricky to use. Otherwise, they give a great result and nice to know they're not damaging the hair because of infrared technology.

Product arrived literally less than a day. I really love the way it looks and works. Haven't tried curling hair. I recommend it highly.

This is a great straightener. It is all digital and it heats up and cools down very quickly and shows you on the display screen what temperature its at. It has a swivel at the base of the cord and that is awesome when using! Ive had many straighteners that did not have that and the cord would get twisted. It also has a lock to keep the straightener closed. And it comes with a cute and convenient case.

Replaced after less than one year. The slide lock to keep it closed for storage became loose. The slider would slip forward and lock the heat plates closed on my hair. Also while in use, your hand is in contact with the controls for on/off and temp control. So you have to hold it awkwardly to avoid bumping the buttons and changing the temp or turning off the device.

Difficult to use, as the on/off and heat controls are on handle where it has to be held to use, so I'm either turning it off as I use it, or the temperature bounces around because it is digital. Also, my hair doesn't slip through easily (and I have fine hair!), so it has to be used several times on each section which has caused damage to my beautiful hair.

This is a great flat iron at a great price. Love the far infrared light feature. My only complaint would be that I had to press the plates together quite a bit harder to get decent pressure on the coarser sections of my hair as I straightened. The digital temperature control is great, it heats up very fast and the heat resistant travel pouch is very nice. The iron is a nice size, good quality and looks nice, and it leaves my hair silky soft and smooth, not dried out at all like some other flat irons do. I didn’t have much luck using it to make curls in my hair but I will try again (I’m not super great at that kind of styling anyway). Good purchase for the money!
