Unfortunately, a number of pieces have cuts so shallow it is impossible to separate them without ruining them. Hence, a sharp knife.Granted, it's a small portion of a 2,000 puzzle, but sooooo frustrating to know that parts of the puzzle are "already done".

We just completed a 2000 piece puzzle and picked this one for our next challenge. Thought it would be fun to assemble such a gorgeous work of art. After an hour, I’m returning it. Problems with construction and design.Construction: a number of pieces are not cut. A lot of them.(Photo #1). Pull some of them apart and they tear. Prongs that are stuck together bend and break. Poor quality board that pinches the seams of the pieces. More importantly, very poor image quality. This must have been a website grab. The problem is the art is so abstract to begin that each piece is just an indistinct blur of colors. (Photo #3). No skill Or strategy required, just tedium.Design: As mentioned, poor image quality. Further, the pieces are all the same size and same design, twin opposed prongs. I selected three pieces of the same color. They were nearly identical (Photo #2). There are letters on the backboard that could assist, but there’s no explanation of how they work, no instructions. Ultimately, each piece should give a clue about where it goes, not a code on the back. Not with this thing.Just a real disappointment. Strongly recommend avoiding. From the box: “Characteristic example arts and the “Ideology Foremost” people-oriented philosophy is the embodiment of lofty in the Renaissance Period.” Couldn’t have said it better myself.

Huge poster comes along with the puzzle. These puzzles are beautiful and challenging. I had a piece missing at the end and the company did everything possible to get the missing piece to me. I was an awesome experience and I have ordered several more from the same company. I love these puzzles and will order them exclusively until I run out of museum collection works.

Loved this puzzle. Took me a very long time to put it together and that’s not a common thing with me. Usually it takes me less than a week to put a puzzle together and this one took me almost a month. And to top it off, it was beautiful and large.

This puzzle had large sections that were not cut through. It is a very pixelated picture of the art piece on the puzzle and not worth 37.00.I would not recommend this product.

This was a very challenging puzzle and exactly why I liked it so much. The puzzle pieces are thick and sturdy - my dog even chewed one piece that dropped on the floor and I was able to save it and make it fit. The box is very compact for such a large puzzle making it easy to store. I had to empty some pieces from the box to make it easier to sort through while completing the puzzle.

Puzzle is missing a piece in the B section (latitude 18, longitude 4). Is it possible to have the piece shipped? Otherwise a refund request is in order. Beautiful puzzle, bit soooo annoying when this happens.

This beautiful puzzle arrived on time and in good condition. The pieces were sturdy with a lovely gloss finish, and the completed puzzle looks so good I'm thinking of getting it framed! Overall, very pleased.
