Monster Naga Chilli Pepper x 10 Seeds

Arrived promptly. But they haven't grown at all. I followed the instructions given word for word. They have been "growing" for 2 weeks and still nothing has appeared. No shoots. No nothing. Utter rubbish. I Potted them at the same time as other chill plant seeds bought elsewhere that are now over 3inches tall. Utter rip off.
