Creates nice light non stodgy crepes, absolutely delicious and healthy too.
This is a wonderful gluten free millet flour. My partner is gluten intolerant and misses out on a lot of home-made food as I normally don’t get on with gluten free flour, but this is different, it doesn’t break up when using, it binds well and is great to work with. I have made the most amazing chapatis and crepes by watching the video and they turned out perfect, they are a lot lighter than wheat flour. The flavour and texture are amazing, and the food made with this flour is super healthy both high in fibre and protein. A really high quality flour.

Great replacement for wheat flour
Perfect for me as being coeliac requires me to follow a gluten-free diet. Ideal for making bread in my breadmaker. Acts the same as wheat flour including quantities. Well pleased.

Good but expensive
A healthy mix to change the ingredients in our recipes. Or if we need gluten-free ingredients. As you can see in the nutritional table it is low in fat and has plenty of protein and above all fibre.On the back there are some brief recipes for different preparations (wraps, parathas or crepes). To prepare bread, it only indicates that we follow our recipe, but I think there is a lack of information here because the amount of water varies a lot depending on the type of flour used.This type of flour is usually more expensive, but almost 20/kg is exaggerated.

All purpose flour substitute - millets flour
A good alternative to conventional flour. The taste difference is barely noticeable: I made a test, baking two small batches of a flatbread and offered both to different people. Almost no one knew what they were eating and almost no one felt any difference at all between the two mixes.

Good for rotis
This gluten free flour is good for rotis and chapatis. It is easy to mix a good dough and the results are tasty. Bit pricey though but comparable to other gluten free products I have seen.
