Super Fragrant
I am sure the product is great for cooking, but the smell is super overwhelming. I tried to use it as a natural dye, but the taste and smell were too strong for that purpose. It made my entire apartment smell like grass.

Coming from a Pandan grower, these are terribly dead in flavor.
We grow these in NM and it takes effort to keep them alive year round. Wanted to see if there were options to have Pandan so purchased this brand here. Received today and gave it a good try.First impression of the opening bag, not much aromatic scent coming from powder. So heated filtered water in the kettle and made tea with 2 tspn, allowed to steep until cool enough to drink. Still nothing that resembled the beautiful fragrant smell of Pandan.The smell is pretty dead in my opinion. Nothing close to the real thing. I am not sure what their drying process is but it has definitely killed the Pandan leaves.We dry our leaves and also freeze them, when added to soups or making teas our Pandan is still very strong in flavor so I do not understand why this powder sucks.
