I lost my charging cable when I moved, so I looked for a replacement. I feel like after spending so much on the unit, what Bissell was charging for the cables was over the top. So I searched Amazon for an aftermarket one. That led me to this one which I purchased.It fit perfectly and charged as well as the original cable. My issue is really with the vacuum itself because (and the booklet says this, so it’s not the cable’s fault) the charge lasts 15 minutes, but in order to get that much use out of it, it needs to charge for 4 hours. Insanity. I ended up buying a different unit altogether (by Kenmore) but I won’t return the cable because there’s nothing wrong with it. I’ll probably give the unit away to a family member who isn’t willing to spend that much but could use it all the same.

Took too long to try item, just tried to charge my pet stain eraser, and it jumps from one flashing light to 3 flashing lights after about a second of being plugged in, and will not charge.
