Bluetooth Transmitter/Receiver, AIRGINE 2-in-1 3.5mm Audio Wireless Adapter for Speaker TV Home Stereo System

ok - I waited 4 months to write this review so I could let anyone who is frustrated with this product what I've discovered in regards to pairing this device predictably and quickly *every* time.Assuming you have the device in transmit mode and plugged in via USB into your HDTV, I just turn the HDTV on until it's powered. I leave my bluetooth headphones off. I go to the device and I hold down the center button until it goes into pairing mode. The blue and red lights should alternate. While holding the button down, I turn on my bluetooth headphones and time and time again, it pairs almost immediately with a big blue ring around the button to indicate it's paired. I have *never* had to hold down any buttons on my headphones ever since discovering this method.The only reason I docked 1 star is these instructions should have been included with the product in the first place - not left to us to figure out through trial & error. I was really close to ditching this product and now that I've figured this out, it works great.I've tried receiver mode in my car once and it worked. I've since bought a USB bluetooth dongle for the car that is half the price so this unit just stays in the HDTV as a transmitter. It is nice to know this unit is a backup receiver for the car in case I lose my car dongle.I don't have a 2nd bluetooth headset to pair so I can't comment on this functionality that is supposedly part of the product.The only other annoyance I've discovered is if I want to switch back and forth between using bluetooth headphones with the TV and its internal speakers, I have to remember to pull the [included] 3.5" AUX cable out of the TV and put it back in when I want to use the headphones. I don't think this is necessarily the fault of this product - it's just something you should know about especially if you have other household members who use the TV - they might not remember to do this and be perplexed.

This took me over an hour to set up correctly the first time; it needed clear directions. But, now they work great and I am quite happy. The battery life is good and they transmit a clear signal to my Bluetooth headphones. I mainly use them when I walk on the treadmill or if I lift weights and watch TV in my son's den when he is trying to study. They also work as a receiver and all you need to do is flick the switch (tx for transmit and rx for receive). I have not be able to detect any lip-sync delay.

I bought this Bluetooth adapter to use on my daughter's dvd player in the van. Her infrared headphones that came with it kept giving us problems so i wanted this so that i could use Bluetooth headphones with her dvd on our trip. The battery lasted for longer than i thought it would probably about 6-8 hours on a charge. The only real problem i had was it wasn't connecting on it's own. i had to hold down the botton on the unit every time to get it to reconnect to the headphones when getting back in the van. Overall it was good and kept my daughter in her own tv world for the needed part of the drive.

I successfully connected and played music from my PC, to my Android Phone, to my iPad, and my google home mini. I couldn't get it to connect to my Windows phone, I tried it at every setting it had, it would find it but the connection failed every attempt. My phone connects to other Bluetooth speakers. Anyway it plays clearly to 80% of my Bluetooth devices, and that is pretty good. The battery life could be better, if the battery was replaceable that would be nice. I hope leaving it connected to power all the time doesn't burn it out!

It truly serves the purpose of my purchase, which was to enjoy late night shows without disturbing others. Once paired with my headphones, I enjoy crisp sounds for 4-5 hrs before recharging. The directions didn't work for me, but I figured it out.

Works super and now extends my smaller radio speaker to my very nice Bose speaker via Bluetooth. Was a tiny bit tricky to pair, but I think it was user error (me) and not the product itself. In reality it took less than two minutes to set up and love the results. I'm listening right now using the transmitter.

Does the job once connected—not an easy task. Sound depends on quality of independent receiver/speakers. Need a magnifying glass to read instructions. More battery life would have been worth paying a few more dollars to obtain.

I use this to bluetooth my headset to my TV while i'm cooking or doing stuff around the house. It works well, and very rarely drops - but it has real trouble connecting. It rarely connects on the first try, and i spend 30sec every time re-upping it until it finally connects - even if the headset is literally pressed to the device.
