This is the pen that I have been waiting for, the weight and feel during use is identical to a high quality ink pen. I have always used Adonit pens with my iPads, this is the first one that works great and looks good in your pocket. Yes, I still put a pen in my shirt pocket, the style shows I enjoy quality writing tools.

I recently purchased this pen stylus, which is designed to resemble the Montblanc Meisterstück pen. While it certainly looks sleek and luxurious, it’s clear that this product is more about style than substance.The compatibility is shockingly limited, making it more of a showpiece than a practical tool.It does not work on app like notes, one note etc. It is working on ipad sketchbook.For something with such an expensive price tag, I expected far better performance. In fact, cheaper styluses I’ve used have been more functional and versatile than this one.If you’re looking for utility, this stylus is a disappointment. It might look good sitting on your desk, but when it comes to actual usability, it falls short. Not worth the price for the lack of practicality.

As A pen collector for over 20yrs I should review this pen in 3 sectionsPrice: For $50 dollars this pen more than surpasses expectation for me. The materials used here, in my opinion, is of great quality for this price point.Cosmetics: It looks, and feels like a much more expensive pen. The weight and balance is perfection.I believe all of the material are metal(no plastic feel anywhere), the paint job is of good quality, the fit is also perfect, meaning the way quality pens snap and screw into place…..this is really good. There is a LED beautiful shade of blue indicator light that stays on while in use and the combination of that shade of blue and black reminds me of some high end luxury cars(just wonderful). The box it came in is just OK (could improve on that) but for $50……..you know………….Use: OK this comes with a caveat but once you know that it works just as good as the apple pencil. Here’s the caveat…….you must disconnect the apple pencil or any other pen from bluetooth on your iPad before turning on this pen or it will not work. Once you’ve done that………Wow……it like a whole new experience. It’s accurate, Really stunningly so. It never looses the connection to any of my iPads and is an absolute pleasure the use………especially if you are like me and still like the feel of writing a letter by hand. I have not tried drawing with it(not that kind of artist) but I imagine it would feel great doing it with this pen.I was so impressed with this pen……I purchased 2 more for members in my house who fell in love with it.I’m surprised………….I would recommend this…….disconnect any other pens, don’t disconnect the bluetooth though……just any other pens, after that a whole other world is opened

Well, I mostly loved the look. It worked fine overall.But compared to an Apple Pencil, despite what is said, palm rejection barely works.The worst thing it the cap at the top, hiding the charging port. It's so tight that trying to unscrew it actually took the entire body apart and broke the wired connection. Impossible to reconnect. Also the on/off button has jumped out of its case and can't go back. It doesn't matter since it's heading now to the trashbin.They should make sturdier products. And the cap should be easy to unscrew.UPDATE: After complaining to Adonit, they shipped a new stylus for free and this one works perfectly. It seems that the palm rejection is fine. And this time I'm able to unscrew the charging cap at the end of the Stylus. So I would recommend it. And thank Adonit for their prompt no question asked replacement.

The media could not be loaded. I already have an Apple Pencil but I like nice pens so I thought I'd give this shot. You do have to disconnect the Apple Pencil first to start using this stylus. The stylus has a nice metal feel to it and it feels like a really nice pen. It's also heavy like a fountain pen too which is a plus. The back end of the stylus is a screw on cap that protects the usb c charging port. I really that the back cap screws on because that way it is harder to lose. The one minor downside I would say is that if you take the cap off and put it on the back the pen becomes a little heavy to hold but I could probably get use to that. Other wise 10/10.

EDIT: Sadly had to return item because finally found out my iPad was only Gen 2 and this doesn't start working until Gen 3 :-( No Fault of Seller but wish I had know at first so I wasn't disappointed .Can not get connected to IPad 12.9 with IOS 16.2 with Apple Pencil is Off. Page Doesn't have Questions available to ask on Amazon - Support on the Adonit Web Site seems to be non-existent - Other people have gotten it to work and I really want to also. Plus the charging cord has the same connecting end on both sides - How can you recharge it???? Neither end goes into the stylus very easily or very sturdily and I don't want to force things and cause damage. HELP is Needed!

This stylus feels like a real fountain pen. It fits the hand well, it highly accurate and very comfortable to write with. I would buy it again and I do recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stylus.

I just want to say I really enjoyed my Star Adonit pen for the short time I have had it.It looked great and felt great using it. When I used it people was inquired about it and how it worked.Then, it broke…unbelievable. I purchased this pen in September 2023, it fell apart January 2024. I know how it broke…they went cheap and did not secure the USB connection correctly in the pen. When you recharge the pen, and pull out the USB C after charging, it can pull on the charger base in the pen if you are not very, very careful. This charger part is glued in the pen base which can loosen over time.In my opinion, this is a design flaw that should have been caught and corrected. So, it appears I wasted my hard earned money. I am a dissatisfied customer and very disappointed in this product.
