What a fantastic bit of kit this is, my desk chair which I bought from IKEA is fantastic in every deparment, great adjustable, great arms, superb back etc etc. However after 18 months of sitting on it, all the padding in the cushion had become flat and starting to become uncomfortable to sit on, which meant I would have to go and buy another chair .... something I have done all my computer lifetime ... changed the chair when the seat padding gave up. Then I found this and thought I would give it a go, and I am glad I did as it is fantastic. It is a meshed material covering a unique material which is quite thin and on first opening I thought this is not going to work, surely. However placing it on my worn out seat and then sitting on it all of a sudden my chair was comfy once again and absolutely no need for me to go buy another seat now, so this cost in the region of £25 as opposed to buying a new seat like mine from IKEA at £150 is a no brainer. I am considering buying their cushion next to see if that can further benefit my seating ... superb product, highly recommended.

I find this an excellent wheelchair cushion I use an electric wheelchair and it fits perfectly on it. Its excellent at air flow so you don't get clamy like other cushions. I have a broken back and other issues and use this in the house mainly as it's not thick enough when I go out due to the spinal injury I have I use a different wheelchair for outside. The company do a thicker cushion as well but my outside wheelchair has an integrated medical cushion so as I said this is for home use only.The seat cushion both the cover and the internal pad wash well and dry really fast I bought a second one so I always have one ready to use and I'm so happy with them both.I side transfer in and out of my wheelchair and this is excellent for that it stays in place and does not fold over as some of the thinner cushions on the market do. I do find it provides pressure relief but I do transfer into a riser recliner in the day to help with pressure relief. I have found this cushion excellent for every day use and air flow especially in the hot weather

When I first got the cushion I was concerned that it was quite thin. Do not be deceived, it really does make a difference, I sit most of the time due to severe arthritis. I have tried lots of pressure cushions, this is on par with the best. I took a star off because the outer cover could be smoother.

The worst pressure cushion I have ever had. The plastic inside actually comes through the material & stings you in the bottom when you sit on it. Very badly made, send it straight back. As a wheelchair user can't imagine sitting on this the whole day. Unfortunately have to give it 1 star otherwise would have given it a 0 star rating

Bought one of these a few years ago and it was thinner but much better quality. The inner cushion is very badly finished. The edges look like they’ve been chewed up and there are plastic edges sticking out and falling off everywhere - I’ll be scared to wash it in case it all falls to bits. Not impressed.

Takes time to get used to as unlike foam/ gel. Relatively thin, but useful when other cushions are too thick.

Super product, comfort with massively increased breathability, currently using this product on my office chair but can see how this could be used in many seating applications. Much superior pressure relief than my old cushion and machine washable as well. Recommended.

Hubby uses this daily.
