Useful project bag
Excellent size for medium to large projects - a bit unwieldy for small ones. Large slit so that ball of wool can be retrieved without breaking the yarn. All these bags are wonderful in theory but in practice you are left with your knitting project on the outside attached by a thread to the wool on the inside. What do you do with the ongoing knitting? At least with this bag you can bring the ball of wool out through the slit and put it and the knitting back in the bag to store. No inside pockets but a handy little zipped bag that unclips to store crochet hooks, stitch markers etc. as well as an outside pocket as seen in the photo.

Best bag for out and about knitting yet!
This bag is brilliant. It happily holds a bag of 10x50g balls of big bouncy merino wool, an A4 pattern book, and needles. The slots at the top mean you can put the ball into the bag and knit through the slot when out and about. In fact you could be pulling 4 colours easily due to the two slots with circular ends. There is also easily room for the bits and pieces small bag to go inside and an ipad, purse and phone too. The bits bag has a great design so it opens up a lot, meaning you dont get jabbed on sewing up needles by mistake! The waterproof bottom is fairly rigid, and the shape means it stands up well. The top handle is well padded and comfy - I havent tried the shoulder strap, but this looks very adjustable. This must've been designed by a knitter or a knitters good friend, as it really has thought of everything you could want for outside or club knitting, or even just carrying round the house and garden. There is even a mesh side pocket big enough to hold frequently used things like cable needles. Now just need to know how many I can get before my husband notices there are more than one in the house 🤓

The artbin or knitting bag is ideal for the person ...
The artbin or knitting bag is ideal for the person who wants to carry up to 8 balls of wool around with knitting needles. The bag is canvas and has a zip all the way around the top. There are two long slits so that the wool can be threaded through if required. A small bag to hold small items such as crochet hook, sewing needles etc is attached to the handle/strap. The bag can be carried by a small handle or a shoulder strap. Net side pockets hold such items as patterns. The reason I gave the bag 4 out of 5 stars is mainly due to the additional cost of postage rather than the cost of the bag. This made it an expensive product for keeping wool in. I bought the bag mainly to prevent my dogs from playing with my knitting wool when in the midst of a project. I now thread the wood through one of the gaps in the bag which enables me to keep the wool zipped away whilst still knitting.

Robust and impressive looking storage solution
Now I don’t know much about knitting let me tell you. But I bought this for my mum who is always good for a woolly hat or two and she absolutely loves it. She took it during a stay in hospital and it held everything she needed. It feels very well made and durable not to mention impressive looking. The colour options are nice and varied although i opted for the pink as it was a lot cheaper than the other colours making it great value for money. So much so that I purchased a second for my wife!

Crochet/Knitting Bin
Delivery to The UK took about 2 weeks, which is very good. As far as the bin itself, it's amazing. I keep my latest project in it, along with scissors, tape, pins needles etc and just pick up and go. I love it. I do think it would benefit from a divider inside for those of you that use the wool from the outside, I pull from the middle so can use 4 balls at a time easily. It's my best project purchase for a long time.

Very practical.
This is a lovely size for carrying your knitting, with two openings for the wool strands to come out without your ball rolling around the floor. Ideal if you are using two or more separate colours too. The mesh pattern holder is not quite wide enough for a normal size pattern unless you folded it in half, which I, personally wouldn't want to do, but there is room inside for it. If you have long needles, they also stick out of the top, but all in all this is just what I have been looking for to hold my current project and with a small carry handle, plus a longer over the shoulder carry strap, it is very portable too.

useful carrier
I think this bag is bigger than I had envisaged (in spite of having the measurements). It actually takes all the wool I need for a garment and it is useful to be able to just shove the current piece in through the top. The pocket on the side takes small pieces but is not deep enough to hold any knitting needles securely.

Knitting delight
Lovely bit of kit. Very roomy - I've currently got all of the bits of a cardigan I'm making in it ready to sew up - and handy to keep everything you need for one project together. The litte zipped bag attached to it is a great finishing touch as I never lose my scissors, row counter etc now. Love the holes in the top for your wool to come out of. Gone are the days of a spaniel running off with my wool tangled around her! Well worth the money I would say. Would suit for other hobbies too I expect. Love it.
