My daughter used this for Halloween and also wears it outside to "fly". She is obsessed with birds and peacocks and this was perfect. I even washed it on normal cycle with a load of clothes and it did fine.

We got this for our playroom dress-up box, for two kids to share. It's a good costume, but it's a bit itchy around the eyes and the shoulder straps. and the wings are a bit too short, even for a 6 year old! I also wish it was more gender-neutral. There is pink on it and eyelashes on the mask, so my son refuses to wear the mask with it. Other than that it's good. But I have to ask, why did they put "mom no more colds" on one of the pictures in the description? That doesn't even make sense!

It's a basic costume. The material is silky smooth, non itchy and appears pretty well made. The elastic bands hold up well and do not loosen even after repeated use. My daughter wears this almost daily and it's held up beautifully. The colors are bold and bright and look exactly like the picture. It's nothing super special but it's also pretty cheaply priced, so I wasn't expecting anything extraordinary. It's cute and my kid absolutely loves wearing it and flapping her arms around pretending she's a bird.
