Brazilian Peppertree Raw Honey by Honey Pacifica - Unheated and Unprocessed Honey - Fresh from a California Beekeeper

I Liked the taste I thought it would have had a bitter taste but it didn't.what I like least is the I thought it would bring the cone if that's the name of the honey.

Vibrant, sure, not too sweet. lighter color than sage. It has a tendency to granulate but it wasn't in the unopened jar, which to me indicates freshness, because it is not granulated in the hive, only in the air and refrigeration doesn't always cause granulation.It has a paper tag seal; 500 grams, 1.1 lbs.; it is the correct size for that description, slightly less than a medium size mayo jar.

This Brazilian Peppertree Raw Honey has a very good taste !! I loved it so well after I got my first Jar until I ordered two more Jars of it. I will be ordering more of this Honey soon !!

I have had Brazilian Peppertree Honey before. It has a distinctly peppery flavor just as the name would imply, while also having a lovely honey flavor. This honey has none of that peppery flavor, thus I will not be ordering from this source again. It's sweet without the expected spice, very disappointed.

It was really sour. I'm hoping my horses melinoma go's away. It seems to be. with sour honey, black garlic turmeric, and beets.

it is sour. not to good on your toast, but ok for cooking and in tea
