I'm addicted to these cookies. I had sworn off cookies unless I made them myself. I didn't have time and was searching for a healthy alternative. They were on sale, so I thought I'd give them a try, since I previously tried another one of their products. Holy cow, these are amazing. I read someone say they are bitter. They are NOT bitter, unless you are not used to real cocoa. Think of the flavor of a deep, rich, chocolate brownie. The cashew butter is also very flavorful. This is clean food!I just ordered two boxes .. one for me, and one to give to my daughter.

These cookies have become a favorite. They're a great option for those who have issues with gluten, and are both delicious as well as a fair price. I appreciate that they're made with coconut sugar, rather than refined white sugar or corn syrup. Certainly a healthier option without feeling like you're missing out on delicious snacks.

With all the products I’ve reviewed this is the first our adult family quickly and resolutely came to a unanimous rename: Cocoa Cashew only in your Dreams “ This is NASTY STUFF. DONT BUY IT OR OTHERWISE GET NEAR IT. Here are a few key reasons why: 1) The entire product cookie part and cream part have neither discernible cocoa or cashew flavors. None at all. Nada. Absoluut geen. We each tried several cookies from our two boxes cleansing palate between them & had the same results. Both cookies and cream tasted overcooked & though not appreciably discolored, tasted like the nuts and cocoa were severely over-roasted, like the nut equivalent of badly burned toast. As we opened each box, each box forewarned us with that burned smell. 2) Consistency of cream and of the cookies was resultantly too firm. We did not expect soft, but neither super-fragility on some samples and objectively too hard on others. The bottom line: to a person, my family loves all kinds of nuts, especially cashews. We are also “card carrying certified chocoholics”. What the makers of this product is certainly not a punishable legal crime BUT IT IS A DIRTY ROTTEN SHAME A WASTE OF RAW MATERIALS AND NOT WORTH LOOKING AT OR PURCHASING.

They are not amazing, but they are pretty good for a less unhealthy option.

I bought these cookies after watching a vegan YouTuber rave about these. Fast forward to receiving them today and I didn't like them. They tasted like chocolate cardboard for the cookie part and the middle filling is underwhelming and leaves more to be desired. I've been vegan since childhood and have had many creme filled cookies and these just missed the mark so much. I put them in almond mylk and within seconds, they disintegrated into a pile of mush. That was irritating because I like dunking my cookies in mylk. I usually buy Oreos (yes, those are vegan friendly too) but decided to give these a try and I have instant regret. I definitely won't get these again. They were six bucks and you don't get that many. Picture getting half a sleeve of Oreos and that's me being generous with the assumed portion. Do not recommend and will not repurchase.

Best cookies for cocoa and cashew lovers in my opinion. They are delicious!! The filling was creamy and sweet. The size was perfect average size. Wasn't too soft or hard and smelled great! I recommend to everyone. 😊

I absolutely love Simple Mills cookies, except for these. I was highly disappointed given the deliciousness of the other Simple Mills cookies I've tried. These cookies have no flavor at all! I tried them on different days and different hours of the day in case I was having problems with my taste buds, but they tasted the same each time. I often eat the entire box of Simple Mills cookies in one sitting despite the serving size clearly written on the package. That won't happen with this box. I'll be throwing the remainder of these away.

Since going gluten free, I found some good snacks, but this is my favorite cookie. I love the ingredients and the taste is great! It’s like a less processed Oreo for celiacs.
