Good little e-bike
Good e-bike, feels sturdy and has good speed. Battery could last a little longer. The only issue is the brake light stays lit all the time-it never goes out. I tried contacting the company but only got a ‘service bot’ that wasn’t helpful. The second time I tried to contact them, I got the same bot but I did get a message that the bike was eligible for warranty coverage and they would contact me. I’m still waiting. Not a good experience with the service department.

Doesn't work
No matter how charged the bike is, it dies in 30 seconds of riding it. We have only had it 2 months and it's passed the return window. We should have rode it sooner so I could have returned it. Do not waste your money on this item. Very very dissatisfied. Also, the handle bars don't extend at all so the bars are less than 3 ft off the ground. 0 stars.

I might look goofy riding it but it beats walking! I’ve not had one problem out of mine.

I LIKE THIS SCOOTER FOR THE PRICE AND THE COMFORTABLE RIDE. BRING YOUR CHARGER WITH YOU BECAUSE THEY TOTALLY LIE ABOUT THE RANGE ON THEIR PRODUCT PAGE. IT CLEARLY SAYS 30 MILE RANGE. NOT EVEN UP TO 30 MILES. IT ONLY GETS UP TO 15 MILES LIKE THEIR OTHER SCOOTERS LIKE THE BOLT. I HAVE RUN OUT OF CHARGE TOO MANY TIMES. WHY DO THEY LIE ON THEIR PRODUCT PAGE. I BOUGHT IT FOR THE 30 MILE RANGE!

Great little ebike
I've had the lx10 for a week now and so far so good it's a awesome little ebike I drive to and back from work everyday so far my job is about 4.5 miles so I get 9 miles before I charge it again after I make my second trip I still have a bar or two left of power ..the bike is pretty quick as well it does go 15.5 but u can get a little more out of it on downhills even small ones and depending on ur weight I'm about 153 and I lowered the seat abit and it definitely feels like it picks up more then when I sat higher

Awful! Purchased 2 and they both did not work.
Amazon shipped them poorly. They were inside an Amazon box, which then hid the original box that stars all over to NOT lay flat, or upside down. Both bikes that we purchase did not work.

Near perfect!
Great bike very convenient last long rides only drawback wish it had a built in handle to carry around otherwise great bike! Thank you Jetson!

No Aftermarket Parts
It's a good bike no doubt, however my friend somehow broke the throttle. Ordered a part very similar to the original and the ports fits buuuuut even though I can turn the lights on with the switch and I can see my battery power but the throttle doesn't work. Took a closer look and the wires are assembled differently. So once it's breaks you'll pretty much end up buying a new one. A good pro tip slime the tires bc it will go flat and there isn't instructions on how the replace the tire.
