Six foreign students come to visit the town of Shimizu for a homestay program. The kids can barely contain their curiosity and even the grown-ups are excited! Maruko’s family hosts a boy from Italy… who happens to get a crush on her! With students from countries as far as Brazil and India, the kids are in for a memorable summer of new friendships.
