I use this once a week at about 1/4 cup sprinkled around top of watered plants. Then I water in. Plants seem to love it!

I love using their products. Would recommend if your wanting to get into organics. Super easy and simple to use. Honestly I didn’t really use it since I was transplanting the plants as they got bigger so new shoes means new soil and new food in the soil. But I did pre amend the soil before use so I did use some. Little goes a long way.

Great fert for just about any type of application. Definitely buy again.
