I recently had the opportunity to try out the BearKomplex knee sleeves during my CrossFit training sessions and intense workout routines. As someone who values high-quality gear that supports performance and protects my joints, I was eager to put these knee sleeves to the test.BearKomplex knee sleeves truly excel in terms of support and stability. These sleeves provide a remarkable level of compression that helps to reduce joint stress and improve stability during dynamic movements. I noticed a significant decrease in knee discomfort and fatigue during heavy lifts and explosive exercises. This is my first time buying as I recently joined Gym, fit is correct. I would like to see the overall performance and quality of the product and would review it again.

The media could not be loaded.  I originally purchased a Large size since I measured about 15" on my knees and a large was recommended. When I tried them on, They felt like a loose sock. I really did not feel any support with them on. I contacted customer support and they got back to me in 24 hours. They promptly took my return and exchanged it for a Medium. They also provided me with tracking and first class shipping. They came in FAST!.I Finally got to give these a try in the gym and boy do my knees feel 5 years younger! I have small joints and i have had bad knees since being in the military. With the medium, these were tight and kept my joints warm and ready for leg day. I went for the 7mm thickness because I wanted that extra layer of support. They are pretty thick and bunch up behind the knees but worth every pain staking squat. I actually look forward to leg day again since its been years since I've used proper knee support.Great product, great material, and well worth the price!

I bought these for CrossFit but use them anytime I'm doing anything with legs. They help a great deal, even love them when hiking with a large pack. Definitely help with knee pain.

This is my second pair of bear Komplex knee sleeves and I love them. My wife and I both served in the Marine Corps and have put a considerable amount of strain on our knees. While I was still in, the regimental surgeon suggested that I use knee sleeves during squats after I told her I was experiencing some pain. I have used bear komplex sleeves since then and have had no issues. I highly recommend this product.- James

Short and sweet, the product so far is holding up well, I squat (since its squatober) 4X a week and i really do enjoy the simply nice feel of the compression on the knees. Perhaps its keeping them warm, promoting bloodflow, even placebo effect, i can't say, but i do feel it helps alot and they are holding up nicely, no smell, easy to get on and off..... and there's the problem. I followed the sizing directions and they slip on and off easier than they should from what i was told, and from what my coach has seen. By his own experiences something at the 7mm thickness with the right tension (with the kind of squater I am) should get a little extra bounce from them, ideally making weights like say 405lbs maybe feel more like say 390 - 395lbs. Now that said, he said that since they are not super tight, to the point where i need to turn them inside out and slide them over the knees etc.... that the simply snug fit wasn't really doing anything for the bounce. Regardless, yes the weight still feels the same however my knees feel better in the sleeves. Now the knee wraps i have and use YES, when wrapped nice and right helps make heavier weights not only lighter, but actually possible for my size and raw lifting capacity. So overall, great product i think, this is my first time using sleeves however, be wary of the sizing guidance.

Sleeves were good but had to return due to a size issue. We measured before we committed and measured again before we submitted the order. I understand not all bodies are alike, but these just didn't fit my wife the way she wanted so we had to return them.

I bought this product because I really need to support my legs. I am the bodybuilder my upper body is very big but my legs have a lot of trouble medically so it's very difficult for me to lift with my legs and I was advised to get any support because the fact that I can curl 70 lb but I can't even squat 30. I checked out for hours different products on Amazon and this was the only one that said it would fit my legs and I was very upset when I tried them on Not only was it a very stiff it really hurt my legs badly and they did not fit through a very large for me and even though it were too small it said it would fit but it didn't fit it all and now I don't know what to do. It's very hard for me as I don't have any income and I'm saving my Amazon Points to get things that I actually need for the winter because I do not have a car and I need to get food and Necessities buy toilet paper excetera so I will be buying a lot from Amazon. I don't know if maybe it would be good for other people maybe it would be a great product but I really don't know what to do and I found it was just completely useless for me. I really don't want the seller to get a bad name because I'm sure the product is actually amazing I just only got back from the hospital recently and I wasn't able to try it and now it's probably too late to return. I wish I could get at least credit on my gift card it would help me out a lot. I don't know what to do but I think that maybe you would be a good part for someone that has regular legs. I feel very bad leaving a negative review as I really never do. I just want to make it clear that it's not the sellers fault I'm sure they're very great.

Las compré para poder realizar sentadillas pesadas con más seguridad ya que tengo problemas de rótula.Se nota que te corrigen el movimiento de bajada por lo que no es recomendables llevarlas siempre, solo cuando son pesos de pocas repeticiones.El material es de neopreno o algo similar, parece duradero. El tallaje correcto, quizá aprietan algo al principio pero realmente es su función. Al llevarlas no se me han bajado mucho, permanece en su lugar.También decir que vienen en una funda de plástico para guardarlas cosa que se agradece.Seguramente las habrá mejores pero como todo, te puedes gastar lo que quieras. Para un uso "normal" creo que cumplen más que bien.El
