Most Comfortable Mattress I've Ever Owned
Let's just say first off, THIS IS THE MOST COMFORTABLE MATTRESS I'VE EVER OWNED!!!I was a bit skeptical at mattress-in-a-box options as I've been conditioned to believe the best mattresses are sold in stores. After a lot of research, and being forced to do my shopping online (COVID), I'm happy I took the plunge. After doing a lot of research online, I kept finding that Tuft & Needle had arguably the best reviews in the mattress game. After MORE research I found out that they were the first company to actually start the mattress-in-a-box trend, so that gave me confidence in the product itself. My price range at first started out at lower priced options, but as I began to shop I realized the things I absolutely needed - comfort, longevity, and quality. Were going to come at a higher price point. Knowing this, I started to look at the T&N Original as it had a TON of reviews. That got me into the brand and I absolutely fell in love with their messaging and simplicity, straight to the point and a great return policy to back it. If I didn't like it I could return it in 100-days... What's the worst that can happen?? I was actually looking at buying the Mint on their own website since it met all my required specs, but once I saw it on Amazon I pulled the trigger.Pros:- It is very SOFT but also firm if that makes sense, it's soft to the touch when you lay on it and it feels as though your body is molded to the mattress. With that being said, you don't feel like you're sinking into it, but rather very firmly held in your little cocoon.- I typically sleep on my side and back throughout the night, and on other mattresses this has been a problem for me. NOT AT ALL with the Mint. It's been amazing for the last 3 weeks I've owned it.- Someone else in the bed? No problem, my girlfriend can move all she wants throughout the night and I won't feel a thing. I typically consider myself a light sleeper, so this is a HUGE plus here-To add on the above note, you can sleep all the way to the edge of the bed and still feel ample support from the mattress. Never felt like I was "going to fall off the edge" like some reviews have read for foam based mattresses-Quality, the quality of the mattress is unlike any other, its a dark gray and the material is very sturdy feeling. Definitely feel like this will last 10+ yearsCons:- Mattress is a bit large, so it didn't fit my bed frame. This is more so my fault, since I didn't really look exactly at the specifications, just make sure that you have a matching bed frame, or just stick with a metal base frame.Shipping:-I noticed that it wasn't Prime eligible when I purchased the mattress, but when I researched the seller I found that it was shipped and sold by Tuft & Needle so I was confident with my purchase. It said it would take 7-10 days to ship, but I got mine in 2 DAYS!All in all, this is a phenomenal mattress and I'm happy with my purchase. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this mattress! Definitely not sending this back ever!

Best Mattress After 40 Years of Searching & saved $6000 buying online vs local retailer!
This review could be a book. I have been on the search for the “perfect mattress” and box spring for over the last two years. At 40 years old I have a bad lower back, shoulders, and mid back. I could not find the perfect mattress, after going through mattresses about every six months. I finally gave in and went to the local Mattress Firm. I researched every bed and was sold on Tempur-pedic. At this point the price didn’t scare me, I needed something that would work. I stopped in to make the final purchase and I was looking at roughly $8000 out the door. There was one problem, they would not put my Tempur-pedic mattress on the same invoice as a mattress firm adjustable bed frame, it would void the warranty. Something sounded fishy to me, if I’m purchasing a bedframe from the retailer and the mattress from the same location, But it was going to void my warranty on my Tempur-pedic, something didn’t sound right with an $8000 price tag & having two separate invoices from one major retailer. For a purchase price of $8,000 I walked out. I started researching mattresses online and read about every single one of them from firmness, to customer service, to how they held up, etc. I found Tuft & Needle having the most satisfying customers with overall best customer service. The next day I called Tuft & needle and quizzed them on their beds, customer service, warranty and everything else I could think of. They couldn’t have been more friendly and had the answers to every question. I understand Tempur-pedic has the name in the mattress business, but things do change and I’m one who prefers to buy online. It’s honestly hard to buy a large ticket item online without trying it first, or knowing the comfort/firmness. For the price difference, we all understand online doesn’t have the retail buildings, commissions to pay employees, employees themselves, overhead, insurance, you get the point. I got home that evening and made my purchase online. I bought off Amazon because I know they back everything, instead of buying direct from Tuft & Needle. The order arrived on time, we set it up in minutes, I was sleeping on it within 2 to 3 nights from my order date. It’s been about three months now, and after 40 years of my life I’ve never been so satisfied with a mattress/bed. I’m embarrassed to say, I look forward to going to bed every night. There are some mornings I roll over and don’t even want to get up. I honestly have never been so comfortable in my life! I was nervous about “would it be too firm or too soft”. The Tempur-pedic was perfect and I was hoping it would be somewhere around that firmness. The Mint was exactly what I was hoping for. My back pain is slowly disappearing, and this mattress has completely changed my life in many ways. I absolutely have no pain in the mornings, and my back and neck pain is slowly going away. Furthermore, this bed is absolutely incredible, as it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Let me also add, I’m not getting paid for this post, I just know the research I went through to find the perfect bed and I want to share my experience with someone going through the same situation. Forget the retailers mark up, $8000 verse $1000, it was a roll of the dice on what I would be receiving. I couldn’t be more happy and I didn’t sacrifice a dollar. We all understand online sales versus retailers, and if we cut out the retailer we get the hot deals. We will be buying our kids a Tuft and Needle mattress soon, as we believe a good nights sleep, leads to a great day! So at the end of the day, we spent on average $2000 total getting the mattress of our dreams, a better bed frame with massage, tilt, lights, etc. versus paying $8000 with poor customer service and multiple invoices for whatever the reasoning was they couldn’t explain at Mattress Firm. We are so happy with Tuft & Needle, love our bed, and saved a ton of money! You won’t be disappointed, make that purchase at Tuft & Needle!

BEST NIGHTS SLEEP IVE EVER HAD
The mattress is like a mix between tempurpedic material and gel which makes it softer than the regular tuft and needle mattress. This mattress has cooling gel that keeps you cool at night and makes the mattress much softer.WE LOVE THIS MATTRESSThe first night sleeping on this mattress, my husband and I woke up the next morning praising the mattress and how well we both slept. We were sick of being woken up every night every time one of us turned over. This bed does not transfer any motion. He is 230 pounds and I don’t feel anything when he turns over.

After lots of research and reading reviews we decided to go with the T&N Mint.
*I will continue to update this review to reflect sleeping on this mattress for up to a year*Just got the mattress today. We chose this mattress after looking at multiple different mattresses and reviews on and off of Amazon - this one just seemed to be the best fit. The price was just right for our budget since we had upgraded from a full to a queen and also needed to buy all new sheets, a comforter, and a bed frame. We were in desperate need of a new mattress and honestly sleeping on just about any mattress would've been an upgrade. The box was very easy to bring into the house. The mattress is obviously not fully expanded to allow them to pack it much easier. Also, the box's size made it no problem to move it into our bedroom before unboxing. Upon opening the box and cutting off all the plastic the mattress instantly started expanding. We did notice a couple of the corners had not fully expanded yet but it's only been roughly 3-4 hours and it's hardly noticeable. The cover for the mattress is extremely soft.Shipping was by far the worst part as it took forever to arrive to use via FedEx but I don't knock Tuft and Needle or Amazon for that. We had to wait over two weeks for it to arrive and our tracking ticket wasn't being updated properly forcing me to call FedEx to get it corrected.Obviously, haven't even been able to sleep on it yet but just laying on it after we had made the bed was wonderful. We're both side sleepers and we chose this mattress because of the price, the 100-night trial, and reviews on how it's to be perfect for side sleepers. I don't have much else to offer as of yet but I plan on updating this review after the first week of sleeping on it and then every three months unless something drastic changes.

Plush AND Supportive???
After losing some weight, (from about 250lbs to 200lbs) my old, firm memory foam mattress had me waking up with moderate to severe hip pain every morning. I was nervous about spending this much on a mattress in a box, but was pretty impressed by what I read about it, both from users and on Consumer Reports. Finally, after about a month of debating, I took the plunge and ordered. On arrival, I opened it up on the floor and let it set up for a little over 24 hours before sleeping in it. I'd read some reports of odors when the mattress was just opened, but detected none whatsoever, myself. One week in, I feel comfortable saying that this mattress is worth every penny I paid for it. Sleeping on my side or my back, I sink in just enough, but still feel well supported and it does stay cool just like they claim. No regrets here.
