Kingston Brass KF471 4-Inch Center Laundry Faucet, 7-1/8 inch spout reach, Polished Chrome

I was tired of replacing o-rings and rubber washers in my old laundry faucet every year or so but the style was perfect for my 70 year old concrete double tub laundry sink. This has modern cartridges instead of the old stuff and it is made of solid brass. It is very heavy duty and should last for decades. Very happy and the price is fantastic. I bought a second one for spare parts because it was cheaper than buying replacement cartridges and the few parts that might wear. It will be cheaper and quicker to replace the entire thing than mess around with swapping out parts.

I liked the handles and the longer neck spout, but unfortunately no amount of plumber's tape in the world would stop the leaking from the coupling. Had to return and go with another brand.

Easy to install laundry tub replacement

The product description made all the difference. My pipe spacing was fixed. This unit replace a leaky faucet whose valves could not be replaced. The faucet installed as expected and didn't leak. I used sharkbite fitting and didn't have to apply any heat. However, this method take careful measurement. The best thing is that faucets o-ring seal only requires little movement to put in place. Great for rigid installations.

Looks great! Operates with ease. Faucets with plumbing coming from above can't be found in my neighborhood. Price was right.

After it was fully installed I discovered a leak around where the spout fits into the housing. Instead of shipping the proper parts to fix or replace the faulty part they want the entire item returned. That's too much work. Consider the poor warranty before purchasing this product. I regret the purchase and dealing with the seller.
