Excellent quality and exactly as described

Bought this for my husband for a Derby party and while he looked dashing (of course!), the hat was good but not great. It does required steaming and shaping, which is fine, but I didn't have time to do that and he didn't care enough to do it. The quality is good and with better shaping, it would've looked better. I bought the XL since he has a very large head and it fit decently well, but I probably would've gone larger in retrospect. He said he found it comfortable and easy to wear, he never got hot wearing it indoor or out, and it looked great on him. For the price, I can highly recommend, just be sure to get a larger size than you think you might need and take the time to steam and shape it to your liking.

It's a good thing I followed the advice in other reviews and ordered a size smaller than usual. It's still a bit large on me, and I'm working with the adjustment enhancements to make it fit tighter. In case you didn't notice, the headband is not really a band. It is printed on the hat. I'm ordering a 1 1/2 inch hat band for $8 here. Overall, it fits my needs.

This hat is surprisingly nicer than I thought it would be. And it arrived in pristine condition. There is a plastic form that held the hat perfectly for transportation. We will be keeping it to store the hat on after wearing it. All hats should come with that form to hold their shape. It also came with little strips to make the hat fit a little more snug. And best of all, my husband looks really good in it!!!
